with an E64 error, I have honestly never seen a white appliance die this quickly .

E64 also seems to be a fairly common issue with Sôlt washing machines. Once you’re out of warranty, getting a technician out can easily cost around $200 if you’re lucky.

Mind you, the washing machine itself only costs around $400

So I had two choices: spend $200 trying to fix a $400 washing machine, with absolutely no idea how long it would last before something else went wrong, or just replace it.

I bought an LG instead for peace of mind.

Huge disappointment. My biggest regret is not reading the reviews before buying this thing. Would not buy Sôlt again.

unless I lower the drain hose. For a machine that’s only 4 years old, I expected much better reliability. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it based on my experience.
