this 8 days out and I lost those 8 days as the new start date became active as soon as my payment went through. Now I have just received another SMS prompting the same response but doing my maths I should be recharging on the 10th Feb not the 3rd as they claim. I have tried to live chat with them but I would have more luck winning power ball this Thursday. Usual rort.
