their support and they told me the filters were the same as they've always been, which is not what I'd read from other people with this issue. Decided to give the benefit of the doubt and try a new filter, same thing happened. Water trickling out within only a few uses.

I changed to a Phillips on tap filter. I don't like the build of the Phillips one the Brita one is much better, but the filter lasts much longer, been a month and it's still going strong.

I'm in Melbourne, maybe our water has something to do with it, but I strongly recommend not getting this Brita on tap system until Brita confirm there is an issue with the filters and it has been sorted.
