Never again – I used it once and the water container split. Kogan say they can’t replace the part as they don’t have them even though it’s completely seperate. So I wasted over 100.00 to use it once. Never again Show details

Absolute rubbish – I bought one for myself and one for my daughter, both were useless. They left the floors saturated, not moist with steam like they show you on TV. Mine broke within weeks and my daughter's within about 3 months. It was too expensive to post them back. Buy another brand.  Show details

Poorly designed but you might be able to modify! – Like a lot of folk we too were swayed by the slick TV ads....our problem with the Steam Mop was that the pads would not stay in place...our 5 in 1 Steam Mop almost made it to the wheelie Bin but at the last minute the governor phoned and a stay of execution occurred...  Show details

Do not buy a kogan 5 in one steam mop – As I have stated in the title above, do not and I will repeat my anger do not buy this piece of junk look else where you might pay just a little more but you will be able to get parts if you need them, probably not as they will last, not like the rubbish that is coming from kogan, just think for a minute you might think you are saving a few… Read more

5 in one steam mop – We have just opened this mop to use in our new home. The mop won't even heat the water. We had it in the box in our laundry while our home was being built. We are so disappointed. This is not the only product I have had from Kogan that has given trouble. Sorry no more.

So far so good – I bought this online from 1day1deal at a reasonable price of $64 delivered. It is a bit flimsy and I have only used it a few times but so far so good. It has been surprisingly good at cleaning up spots on my carpet and years of hairspray/deodorant over-spray from around the edges of the bathroom floor tiles. It does not clean grouting as… Read more

advertised and I have not yet tried any of the hand attachments.

When finished I just chuck the cleaning pads in the wash.

I would not recommend this for heavy duty use (cleaning a whole rented house for example) but for the occasional spot clean it does the job well.

Breaks down easily – I found the steam mop fragile. It worked for a few months, but was hard to use as a hand appliance. It stopped working after little use. When it did work the handle felt like it would break but it did steam the floors. I would not recommend this mop to anybody.

Works every time! – I love my mop! Use it on floors, carpets, benches, baths, sinks everything I have found that its best to sit it with the mat upwards as the water does leak on floor if you sit it upright, and it also uses the water very fast on setting 4 But I really can't complain as it cleans my floors In half the time mopping does and you can see the muck on… Read more

the pads when finished knowing that you have got every little bit of gunk

I highly recommend this product!

Great mop But – I bought my stream mop 2 years ago. I was great. I cleaned my house from top to bottom. My oven is sparkling, ranch hood , kitchen sink, my bench. It cleans the shower, toilet. I even took it to my fathers place and did his bathroom and toilet. After I cleaned my house one Saturday then went to my daughters new place to clean her wet areas, I was… Read more

very disappointed when it stopped working. I would like to get other, but I think I'll do my research a bit more. It was good while it lasted. left my house looking and smelling fresh and clean. It died on me when I needed it most.

Waist of time and money – I bought this mop from bigW, as seen on tV and wanted to give it a go, as its priced reasonably compared to orher steam mops. After i got home and was so excited to use it stright away, After few minutes of moping water started to leak from the mop. Fllor was wet and water ran out after few minutes, so i packed it up and returned it. Save your… Read more

Great but doesn't last long – I loved this machine but as other friends found it just stopped working one day after 6 months of use. The water heats up quickly so you don't have to wait like other brands. It cleaned everything well can be used on different floor surfaces and I was sad when it stopped working as were my friends. Do you spend the money to get it fixed. I decided no. Did the job Stopped working

The 5 in 1 steam mop TV promotion – My wife purchased one of these devices last August on a TV promotion. We used it to "sterilise" the rental property we purchased earlier that year after the tenant moved out. I found it to be pretty close to the advertised capability. I ran it on high and had to change the mop heads frequently and refill it regularly, but the tiles and lino were… Read more ·  2

quite dirty. The rental manager made a comment about how clean the tiles were in the bathrooms. I don't think the tiles had ever been cleaned. The unit as a whole is quite effective and did a better than "good job" but this is also dependant on your level of "elbow grease" and determination. We have to use the Danoz Direct shop for new mop heads and brushes. They generally have to be ordered. so you can expect a wait for your new parts. A big drawback for me was the plastic handles and construction. we broke ours and had a two week wait. The chap in the Danoz Direct shop was none too impressed but he didn't argue and we got a new handle. We use it on our wood floors and lino in our own home and it leaves the house smelling fresh and clean. I recommend you check them out thoroughly before purchasing one then wait for the TV promotions and compare the pricing.. You get a stick vac with it that's quite powerful and handy for vacuuming the car. It breaks down to a hand held. Just remember Buyer Beware the construction quality of this item is marginally better than ordinary and for $200 I'd have expected a better quality of construction. Easy to useand an.effective cleaning tool that made a huge job simple Lightweight plastic and metal construction.. A wait delay for replacement spares
