5 Point Detox – This is the second time I use this product. I drank lots of water while I drink it. Had only 15 ml every second day. Lost 5 kg and I feel amazing. It flush out lots not a continuous but twice a day a light yellow colour flushing. I feel wonderful and will buy again.
Not great – Didn't do a thing for me if anything it made me more constipated than I was before i started. I would say it's a very overated product that made zero difference to the way my body felt. Dissapointed

Sorry for the late response, but we did not know this review existed. The constipation reaction to the 5PointDetox is quite rare. The 5PointDetox is actually working in dislodging waste, but this has somewhat overwhelmed the colon and formed a 'plug'. We generally advise a suppository/enema/colonic to remove the ‘plug’. To avoid overwhelming the colon again, taper up the dose gradually (increasing it every 2 days) from 5ml x 3 per day to a maximum of 20ml x 3 per day. When you find a dose amount that you feel comfortable with, use this until the end of the bottle. Of course, please drink extra water (2L/day) to keep things flowing and try taking the tonic before meals.
A waste of alot of money – Ive been taking it for 27 days, 15mls twice a day and I havent felt that it has changed anything within my digestion or elimination, even became really constipated, worse than normal.. For $50 it was a waste.

Despite the taste it really works! – The taste to be honest was not nice that's why I gave it only 4 stars however I started taking it for my overall health not for the taste. My husband and I were on it together so we bought 2 bottles. When on the detox we definitely felt we were flushing our insides out. After we completed detox we felt a more revived and fresher. I'd say to anyone considering a full detox to try this product. It's all herbal so no bad chemicals, it's gluten free and has no yeast or animal products so good for vegans
