Before taking the liver detox I experienced painful swelling in the breasts and water retention leading up to menstruation. Life for me now is magical, i'm at retirement age and work within the NHS and have done so on and off for some 40 years! Qualifying as a Reg'd nurse in 1985 but more recently taking up an admin role. only dealing with fatigue now and some cramping, but this is 100% due to high cortisol levels, and I am adjusting my lifestyle as well to correct for my next cycle. I recommend purchasing two jars like I have done for a test round as the body needs time to correct and experience full effect. Not for me. I have been using this for 7 days. Get massive gut pains about 2 hours after taking the morning tablets and in the afternoon I get a giddy head. Haven't had these issues before and since I stopped taking them 2 days ago no issues again. What a waste of $79.00.

The product itself is good but the customer service is terrible. I signed up for a subscription and my package is 2 weeks late. I understand this is due to their courier however happy mammoth are uncontactable. The email was rejected and the Facebook page does not accept messages, both of which are methods happy mammoth advises to use. I’ve cancelled my subscription. A week later, I finally got the HH order & took 3 pills a day for 2 days to check that this was the cause and my digestive issues came right back!
