Absco Sheds 6x3 Patio Cover

Would have been good if – I received the patio cover kit in good time, read the instructions which were quite comprehensive and started the build. As instructed I read the parts list and everything was correct. So far so good. The notches on some of the steel beams were not cut out properly but they weren't too hard to fix with an angle grinder. Unfortunately I ran out of screws before finishing the frame which also left none to attach the roof. When I estimated how many I needed to complete the job (according to the instructions) I was 150 short (I'd been sent only 200). This means although they sent me everything according to the parts list, it was obviously incorrect. I contacted [Name Removed] from customer service who was helpful and after sending him photos and receipts he organized to send extra screws. Unfortunately instead of simply putting them in an envelope and sending by post they were sent by their freight company and I am still waiting 2 weeks later. I bought some screws from Bunnings to at least get the frame finished but am now waiting for the screws to complete the job. A little more attention to detail by Absco would probably have resulted in a good review but as it is I am quite annoyed. Hopefully they will fix this up for the next customer who will probably also be annoyed!
