CRAP and more crap – Give them a miss - purchased a double garage in July 19 and got the final and correct materials in Feb 20. Rubbish service and quality control. They run around on the phone and the poor follow-up took hours. Try another supplier

Poor Poor Do Not Recommend – Purchased 6x6 shed from Absco never ever again!! Spent $4000 on a Brand New Shed that i could have got from gum tree 2nd hand in better nick. roller door branded door locks that do not fit. 5.flimsy roller door brackets 6. Poor customer service from absco staff 7.Different coloured flashing above roller doors 8. Contacted Abso customer service by phone and email to explain that our shed was sent to us in a poor condition with wrong parts, explained that the packaging the shed came in was intact without a mark THIS made no difference to the response was told i had to have told them about damage within 48 hrs bit hard when it takes a lot longer to build than that, and the roller doors are the last step in installation and are installed in packaging which consist of 3 layers a thick hard cardboard a thick foam and then wrapping once roller door was opened was exposed to the denting, was told not abscos problem was the transport company they uses fault. Explained that this could not have happened in transit as the packaging was intact was still told bad luck.

Have constantly been lied too, given the run around and told would be called back but their so called top management will not compensated us for anything.

Was told door locks would only be replaced and sent straight away, they took ownership of 1 thing at least but not holding my breath as 3 weeks have gone and still awaiting door locks to arrive.

Follow up Service – our original contact and decision to purchase was made as we had purchased a garden shed many years ago , the company was long established Australian Co & we were very satisfied at the price of our current 6.0 x 6.0m garage shed ---Delivery time was also acceptable ---unfortunately the personal access door did not arrive with the shed ---was… Read more ·  1

value for price – easy to install, sturdy quality materials. Was the cheapest shed I could find fitting the criteria I was looking for in a shed and have not been disappointed with the quality, ease of build and instructions although checking out utube vids doesnt hurt.  Show details

Great value, good product, comprehensive instructions – Great value, good product, comprehensive instructions. Can't beat the value. Time consuming to assemble. Down pipes could be longer by 300mm. Reasonable looking. Grey is a nice modern colour. I insulated mine with roof blanket on the roof and the walls, I would highly reccomened this, as well as laying plastic under your slab as well ad a whirlybird.  Show details

Happy with the shed overall, good price – This is a great product for the price. Sure the structural quality is not as good as some supply and install shed companies, but at the end of the day it's a shed and it does what it's supposed to. The only problem I encountered was that the roller door was damaged during transport. I have heard this is a common problem when buying sheds online.… Read more

Personally I have just lived with it because it still works and I could not be bothered going through all the hassle of trying to have it replaced. I would advise people to inspect their roller door for damage as soon as it arrives.

Customer Service – We ordered a double garage through Bunnings and unfortunately the incorrect colour doors were sent to us from Absco Sheds. We live in a rural remote area in SA and once Absco Sheds in Queensland were notified of this they did not hesitate to rectify the problem by sending the correct coloured doors to us, at their expense.
