Poor quality – My jumptek trampoline net started to wear off within few months and was in tatters after 13 months. I realised that the warranty lastls only 12 months. When I rang the customer service to order a new net, I found the girls quite rude. They gave me two different postage costs during my two encounters with them. I felt very Dissanayaka and considering whether buying a new trampoline of another brand.

Awful – Same as previous review our tramp only lasted a couple of month. I've replaced the matting and net numerous times and they don't last either. My last net only lasted 2 weeks!!! I could only buy the parts via phone which was a hassle. save your money don't buy this trampoline!!!! Size Poor quality

Terrible – With in months the blue foam on the sides had deteriorated in the sun and would get everywhere, if you brushed up against it you would get blue powder all over you. The mat leaves the kids with black feet and clothes, and the net ripped far too easily. I expected it to last far longer then it did. Did keep the kids entertained left the kids dirty after just min of play
