Great sturdy addition to our backyard!
Round 12ft (with enclosure)After receiving a Jump Star trampoline from our friend (second-hand), I can say it has been a fantastic addition to our backyard - our toddler is very happy. The product has held up great, was easy to take down and reassemble. Whilst several years old you wouldn't know from looking at it with only a few minor replacements needed due to general wear and tear. Buying replacement pieces was made easy with all available through Jump Star at the shop who also provide great customer service.

Best choice Jump Star Trampoline
Round 10ft (with enclosure)We arrived 15min to closing time. The trampolines were setup in store, so we could see the size and have a bounce. Very friendly service. I bought a 10ft round trampoline and they put the boxes straight in the car. Very quick, easy buy. Done in 10min. The setup instructions were clear and very easy to install. My 10year old son helped me to put the pieces together. My kids and I love it. We are out there bouncing every day. Very sturdy construction. Would recommend Jump Star.

Unprofessional and rude service
Round 14ftJump Star Trampolines unfortunately we had high hopes in our purchase with your trampolines, only to realise it completely rusted out and broke 3 months out of warranty. Was then abused on the phone and told I was so miserable with my own life and kids when wanting to speak with the manager. I was actually horrified at the level of unprofessionalism of this particular person. I wasn’t able to speak with anyone else so unsure if it’s just this person getting away with this sort of behaviour. I’ve tried emailing but this person is the only one re
... Read moresponding to the email and he’s told me you don’t want my business. As a business owner I’d be horrified. Aside from how I was spoken so rudely to, when we’ve told family and friends that our trampoline rusted out their responses are all ‘I thought you got a really good trampoline’. We thought so too. But as your rude staff member pointed out- “It’s outside of it’s life expectancy”. Good to know it will only last 3 months out of warranty. I’ve read bad reviews below on the rudeness received and I can absolutely assure you this person was horrible to deal with, would not listen to a word you had to say, would cut you off and said such personal attacks towards me. I’ve never experienced this level of rudeness before. Please be aware that the sales part was very professional and polite and it wasn’t until I had issues that I was able to see this behaviour. They also monitor their Facebook to remove any negative comments. Obviously I’m in the market for another one but won’t be buying one here again, nor recommending. Edit- added bank transaction history as jump star are intent on trying to take this down. Part cash payment too.Purchased in for $550.

Jump star, I’d like to point out you in fact spoke to me ‘passively aggressively’. I didn’t even get a chance to say anything after I’d explained my situation and you gave me your well rehearsed and
... Read moreoffensive spiel. I was utterly shocked after our conversation. I further looked at some of the other 1 star reviews to get my head around why I’d been spoken to so shockingly when calling to simply have an adult conversation with the manager, and discovered this must be a pattern or yours. In fact to get away with this behaviour, and obviously you’re the person responding to this review and responded to my emails telling me to take my business elsewhere, that you don’t want my business, I’m beginning to think you are the owner. I get it now and don’t want your product. I never requested a ‘free product’, simply wanted to speak with the manager to understand why it would rust and snap 3 months out of warranty. I’ve never seen a trampoline do that, not even a cheap Kmart one. You’re right, I wrote the first review on the wrong product and didn’t notice until it was posted. Would you like me to send a picture of my proof of purchase on here to further support my case? I can but that won’t change how you’ve treated me. I never mentioned my husbands name to you so I’m unsure where you got his name from.. and there’s no need to share his details on here for the public to see. People are smart enough to see through this sort of behaviour and can read how you’ve treated other customers and your defensive response instead of trying to amicably resolve the issue for both parties. In fact I resonated with everything they said, because it happened to me on Monday. I didn't call for a ‘free product’ more to get some more insight into the rust and have an amicable discussion. Hell I was even open to buying a new one from you and maybe you could have offered a return customer discount, but you were so quick to abuse me and tell me how sad my life is and I go around trying to get free things in my life. I don’t want your product anymore, even if it was a replacement. I’m happy ‘taking my business elsewhere’, as you screamed on the phone to me. This was my kids toy and they cried when it broke. I was simply trying to be a good mum and find a solution with the company we bought it from. I’m just a normal Perth mum wanting to share my experience with others, because I would hate for another person to have to endure how horrible you were to me.I would also like to point out that jump star are happy to respond on here to save face but refuse to take my phone call or have the manager call me to discuss, and have told me there’s nothing furthe

A simple discussion with the manager in a professional manner would have gone a completely different direction. Such a shame that couldn’t have just happened from the start.Find out how Jump Star Round compares to other Trampolines

Questions & Answers
Hi, how long does it take to assemble a 14 foot round trampoline with enclosure? My kids got one for Christmas and I still need to put it up.
need 2 people to assemble---suggest it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours----need level ground suggest put opening with ladder facing an area you can supervise from ( kitchen window, etc)--assemble main frame first and supports---then turn up correct way and attach the springs and net---need to connect 4 springs at 12--6--3--9 o'clock and make sure spring holes left are all even between each of the 4 springs. then connect remaining springs---1--7--4--10 o'clock, 2--8--5--11 0,clock and fill in rest of springs to net--using puller---not long hook on spring goes on net and short end in frame
Then lay out side net with opening where you want. feed in poles working around the net.
Attach poles with 2 clamps working around the frame in same direction---not like springs---- ( one person holds post against frame leg with hand and foot at base and other person attaches brackets--top bracket first then bottom)---a ratchet spanner will help (spanner provided is useless) Note when attaching poles pull base of net down between pole and frame so can make it easy to secure net on frame base after all poles ae attached.
take net shade inside and attach to top of poles
attach the water sprinkler on inside to 1 pole and feed hose up under net. this cools down the trampoline very quickly in hot days. good luck.
Hi. Is this trampoline suitable for teens who love to do all the tricks? I am wanting a tramp with a good bounce as the grandkids have had a top of the range trampoline in the past and can be a little fussy. Thanks
Sue
Hi Susan, the 16ft trampoline has a wonderful bounce, and is HUGE - plenty of room to do several flips. We have many videos of teenagers on our 16ft trampoline on our Instagram and Facebook pages. There are links to these on the home page of our website. You are also welcome to come into our showroom (if you live in Perth) to try the trampolines out yourself. Please feel free to call us on (08) 93585660 or email us at info@jumpstar.com.au if you would like to find out more! Thanks! :)
Thankyou. I’ll have a look on your website :)
The ground of my yard is a gentle slope. How should I set the trampoline safely? Thank you!
Hello Kai, Thanks for posting this question, we are more than happy to help. Our friendly team are ready to answer any other questions you may have. Our customer service number is 08 93585660 - or you can email us at info@jumpstar.com.au . Regarding your yard being on a gentle slope, it is not ideal for the trampoline to be situated like this, for safety reasons, and also the risk of the frame jarring. You could consider levelling / sinking the ground at one end of the trampoline so that it is aligned correctly. Please feel free to call or email, or Facebook message us with any other queries you may have! Thanks! :)
