--Original Review-- - Purchased a trampoline from "Toybuzz" one of a few authorised retailers and probably their biggest reseller. $1,899 for Large Oval Trampoline - Toybuzz cancels citing a "stock issue" then jacks up the price with item still available in stock - Springfree confirm they don't hold stock and it comes from them direct and theres no stock issue - Springfree will not honour the price, but will honour the new price only - so will only honour what they feel like honouring - Springfree then tell me to send a copy of the invoice - The smug representative, alarmingly a manager, compares how Springfree trampolines to how milk is sold at Coles - They made a big deal of it and decided not to do anything - Here, you have an unscrupulous re-seller and a company that really doesn't give a toss - Good product or not, when you have a problem expect an education followed by a comparison to how milk is sold Nice.

Springfree mat and enclosure replacement after more than ten years – After more than ten years in the open, subject to full sun with rain, hail and snow and the roaring forties, the stitching around the zip and webbing on the enclosure and on the mat was failing. Many many hours of safe enjoyment for 3 adult kids and 5 grandkids and friends now set to continue, hopefully for just as long or even longer. Mat and… Read more · 1
enclosure are not under warranty, so after some delay we purchased the new ones. Assembly/disassembly is not for the faint hearted, but follow instructions to the letter and watch many videos and animations, persistence pays off. The top edge of the enclosure is probably tighter than it needs to be, but straighten out any kinks twists and catches, and stretch it gently. I had to cut the old one. Pay attention to the anchoring! Amazing product, old frame, rods and anchors even circlips, are all still servicable and the whole thing looks new again. Very pleased, so far in total it has cost us just 67 cents per day and no injuries at all. If it last another 10 years, that will be just 33.5 cents per day. Money well spent, thank you Springfree.

Thought of getting a Springfree Trampoline for awhile now, have seen n heard about them, I have a 5 yrs old granddaughter who I brought it 4, occasionally her 14 yr old sister has a jump. My daughter n 2 males help put it up, with some difficulty, especially the mat n rods. This trampoline is fantastic and perfect for our energetic boys. The warranty and service is amazing - after more than 5 years of use we had a tear near the zip and were sent a free replacement net.
