enough really. The site is now called sextoysavers.com.au. They could do with a customer loyalty or rewards system as each time you go there you can easily spend 2-$300...I may consider looking elsewhere this time. quick service, package arrived around the time stated. carelessly packed and in no way " discreetly packaged " at all.

Poor customer service, irritating returns policy – The shop is competitively priced. The parcel was posted fairly quickly. Unfortunately one out of two products ordered was not functioning at all. The returns policy is incredibly irritating and way too much work. Customer service is inflexible... All together it was not a pleasant experience. Read the returns policy before you buy – The price was amongst the cheapest on the web. Lelo candle: the packaging was falling apart and had been sticky-taped together. The cardboard was frayed and the glass candle was rattling around inside the box (though fortunately it was unbroken). The colour was peeling off the glass rim.

These may seem like minor issues (as the product itself was still functional), but a large part of the appeal of Lelo products is their appearance: this includes the packaging. They are luxury products and are priced accordingly: if appearance wasn't important to me I would have bought a candle a third of the price!

Customer service told me to send the item back (at my own cost) for assessment, an extra $8 or so. Bah.

I should have read the fine print before purchasing I guess, but you don't expect prestige products to arrive like something that looks like it fell off the back of a truck! Price, fast postage. Rigid returns policy. Poor packaging. Average customer service.
