I received the wrong size for my order (NC137465) and have contacted the company 4 times via email, submitted a website enquiry, and messaged them on Instagram — with no response. Their return portal doesn’t provide a return address, so I can’t even return the item. Completely unprofessional and still waiting for a refund.

I was so ready to love this shop and the products they provide.... but they definitely fell short. Flimsy material with no support or structure. Bigger than a C cup? Forget it. Why is the sizing for things that are like bras, not the same as bras? You cant have generic cup sizes in this day and age. Returns are near impossible as they don't confirm your return until it's almost too late for you to post it back - bordering unethical. Show details

Read the REFUND/RETURNS Policy before buying anything – Items are way smaller than advertised and when questioned, the return policy is extremely one sided! Being an online business they are aware they have postage, packaging fees etc however they mention in their Refund policy that this is part of the reason they do not provide refunds. they sent me a 12 and insisted that it is correct, even though the measurements provided on the size guide are not the same as the garment (this size would be lucky to fit a size 10 in my opinion). I can send back to them at MY cost and if I'm not correct with measurements they can send back to me - again at my cost. There is no protection buying from this site at all. Sending back and forward will cost me more than the garment, which if I'm honest, is pretty poor quality for the price.
