I just bought some high end products and I chose Randy Fox because of their vast range of brands and each product was $40 plus each under every other major online adult toy company. Delivery is fast and though it wasn’t free shipping for $370 purchases, it was minimal cost and I still saved a lot of money.

After reading positive reviews in this website for randy fox i decided to go shopping as i was in the market for something fun. What I got is going to be extreme embarrassment if any of the dozens of people involved in the chain of custody of this parcel decide to do even a tertiary google search. I am steaming mad and won't be using this company ever again

... Read more have the contract to dispatch bulky goods for us, since certain items which are very heavy need Startrack (and not Australia Post). It is rare for us to use them to send direct to customer, but for items really heavy, we get them to do it and we then cover the charges from our side. We confirmed multiple times before they dispatched that they would dispatch the product discreetly, but because they don't normally send to public, our dispatcher has made a big mistake and not taken the extra step to make the box discreet. We are so sorry, this is why you would have seen the lubricants come in a discreet and discreet satchel like all our products do as they were sent from our Sydney dispatch centre where all orders normally come from. We thought there wouldn't be an issue with the larger item (as it is extremely rare to need to send an item over 20kg directly to a customer).
