I purchased a Zolo Tornado from this company. A complete and utter waste of money! Totally useless! DON'T BUY ONE! $228 down the drain! There is no refund from this company, unless you haven't used the product. Obviously, you can't tell if it's any good unless you try it. I won't be buying anything from this company again!

Frustrating Website Experience – I recently attempted to purchase an item from this website and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. The site itself is poorly designed and incredibly difficult to navigate. When I finally found the product I wanted, my payment failed due to an error on their end. To make matters worse, the excessive amount of spam content made it challenging to find the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Excelent Speed And Service – I am so glad I found this site because everywhere else I have looked was just way to pricey! Great service and speedy delivery time. Will definitely have to shop again.

Received a pre used toy – Received what appears to be a returned vibe but what's worse is that it looks like it had been used! What can I say the whole experience has been ruined and I'm totally turned off. Customer service is average at best. I emailed regarding a price match and did not receive a reply, probably because they could not price match this other site I found. So I called their 1300 number and was told to hold the line, the operator got back on and told me the competitors website item was "on sale" and that they would not live up to their guarantee ??? I asked where this was written in their terms and the operator quoted " These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time" Pretty annoyed, I went back to the other site and asked if it was on sale to be told "no, this is our regular every day price" Needless to say, I purchased from their competitors website and NOT Randy Fox.

I just feel this site is too over whelming with hidden terms and conditions regardless of what they claim. They wont price match plus 10% if they feel they will lose money and hide behind silly little disclaimers. I for one won't shop here. And by the way, who gave them the title of Australias best Rated Adult Shop ???

Very competitive prices – I just bought some high end products and I chose Randy Fox because of their vast range of brands and each product was $40 plus each under every other major online adult toy company. Delivery is fast and though it wasn’t free shipping for $370 purchases, it was minimal cost and I still saved a lot of money. Very happy with this company.

I didn't realise it would be such a size – I was after something of a particular shape and the item I bought was the only one with that shape. I didn't realise it would be so big. Always excellent customer service and good products – Had dealt with their previous company before, STS. Both companies so far have given me excellent service. Both on an item which was faulty after a number of weeks of using it, which they took it as a return and express posted a new one. Recently bought a we vibe 4, which has been fantastic. Great starter – I needed something to stop my partner from moving around too much but didn't want to go too extreme with bondage. We both looked at this product and thought it would be a great place to start.
