Bad fridge – Kings is cheap sh1t. Nobody wants to repair them. Loved it while it was working because we had a 5 hour one way drive home to Bedourie and we could take ice cream home. Now max cold is 15 degrees. Who want watery ice cream. Show details
Experiencing fault code F3 – So far so good. Dont mean to be a negative review but i have just recently had the F3 error code display and the fridge wont run. Ive checked fuses and voltages with no issues. Im just a bit concerned that it suddenly stopped working. I love this fridge, it fits well in my setup and draws little power (runs over 50Hrs on the 100AH slimline lithium battery without charging). Looking for answers thanks! Show details · 1
Kings dropped the ball – Just bought a kings staycoolz the black friday sale was on 1st thing that is really weird is the lids to oper you have to push down lift up to open basically a two hands operation.. then the cover instead of opening same way as the lids it opens longways freaking stupid as the dumb butt lids....so not two weeks in and the cover is ripped with… Read more
duct tape holding it together.then the freaking seals are so p*ssweak my freezer half set on neg 15 is all iced up thick while the fridge is wet Not dry like supposed to be I going to take it to a fridge specialist seal dude who said he would have a look but probably nothing can do as it's a design fault. 75Lt Stazycool died failed again – At around 6onths old, the fridge failed, the result of this was freezing half a case of coke, which due to freezing they all blew up and made a mess in the fridge. months later this time the fridge stopped cooling which resulted in the loss of a few frozen meals. I returned the fridge back to the store and this time I provided a letter, kindly requesting a full refund, as I have lost confidence in the fridge and can not afford to have it fail again. A fridge must work all the time, it was lucky I did not have a large quantity of food in the fridge.
I have now re-visited the store to follow up on the refund, I was talking with a Person with the name of [Name Removed], (who claimed was the manager when I ask to talk with the manager) whom refused to provide a surname and refused to provide a contact phone number.
I tried to reason with [Name Removed] to provide a refund, but was blankly refused, [Name Removed] was a very cold heated person to deal with, even when I said what would have happened if I had a few hundred dollars work of food in the fridge, all I got was a Sholder shrug.
To add to this there was two others of the same fridge model, just been dropped ( before me in the line) of by other customers which had also failed.
I was very disappointing that I received a cold shoulder and there was not attempt by [Name Removed] to find a solution for me. There was even no offer for a replacement, (which I would not accept after seeing in the returns of fridges today in front of me today)
As a result of the cold Sholder, and the do not care altitude, I have not collected the fridge & raised a compliant with fair trading, who wants a fridge that is not of an acceptable quality, the reason we buy frisges is to keep food fresh.
FYI,,they did seem very quick in fixing the second issue with in 30min by the message on my phone , then a to collect message, you can see by this that they would not have even tested the fridge for a day to check it was 100% operating correct ,where is the QA ?

Appalling product and disgusting service – We purchased the kings 75L dual zone fridge 2 months ago. After a few weeks, the freezer side defrosted and we lost our food. It somehow resolved itself. Then a couple of weeks ago, both sides stopped cooling and were reading 28° when it was set at 3°. just have to keep it and take photos if it happens again. No refund, no exchange, nothing. We’re supposed to be going away in a few weeks but I do not trust that this won’t happen again while we’re away. I spoke to the call centre and I was told “there’s nothing we can do. Send an email and a manager might look at the email tomorrow”. I am absolutely appalled by the low quality customer service. I will no longer be buying anything from this brand ever again. It appears that this issue is common with this fridge, and with the warranty claims company they’ve recently switched to. A class action is well overdue.

Great Value – Purchased my first car fridge/freezer a couple of weeks ago. Can't believe how quiet these units are. I have 1 side set to freeze and the other to cool. temperature. I also purchased the optional thermostats that Bluetooth to a monitor in the car for peace of mind. The 75L is generous with space, perfect for travelling and very well built. It does take up some space, however it is easy enough to remove when not in use. I also installed the optional slider to make it even easier to access. Fits perfect under a Ute tub cover.
Very inefficient – This thing gobbles power like you won’t believe. We have to cover it with an Oodie as to prevent it from chewing up our battery reserves. Just a few minutes under the cover, and the temperature between the door and the cover drops significantly. quality. The temperature is not well preserved inside the unit, so it’s working hard to stay cool.
Update: I was contacted by an Adventure Kings mediator, who promised that I would be contacted by the product review team. Now three weeks later, and no reply. Draw your own conclusions.
