Rubbish product and worse customer service from AEG – This washing machine was delivered and installed directly by AEG Brisbane. The washer is faulty and has never managed to complete one wash cycle. It will not spin. It will not shut off the water inlet. That was 2 weeks ago and we still have not heard back from AEG about it despite half a dozen phone calls by me and Harvey Norman through whom we bought it.
Purchased at Harvey Norman for $1,500.
Terrible spinning for a washing machine at this price – Features and controls are clear. It looks good but will take sometime to work out different cycles and programs. Washing is clean but spinning is terrible washing doesn’t feel fresh as it is very moist and takes much longer to dry. I had my older AEG washing machine and I used to have the washing fresher semi dry out of this washing machine . I am very disappointed with the service after purchasing.
