AeroPilates XP

DO NOT BUY AN AERO PILATESXP – Bought the Aeropilates XP Looks like a good product. Arrived quickly and fairly easy to setup. The ropes were a bit frayed so called up to get a replacement. sent a pulley instead of the rope.

Called up again. Someone said they will call back.....never did after 5 days......called back again and some one said they will call back in 48 hours.....one week later still nothing.

So after 4 weeks of calling finally someone said they can help and that they will call back with an answer from the warehouse. no response.

Called again a week later, lady said she will call back in 24 hours.....guess what.....it has been 48 hours + and still nothing.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT because if something goes wrong and there are warranty issues you will get the run around.
