AeroPure

I placed an order on March 17th 2026 and its still sitting in China airport as of the 7th April. I emailed them to see why my 2 items have not moved out of China yet and they emailed me back saying, were sorry but their is no order. They debited my bank on the 17th March, so I have requested a refund and they are not doing anything to initiate a full refund, which they should do given they are telling me their is no order, even though I have proof of order receipt which I emailed to them and they still said their is NO ORDER, in that case they do NOT get to keep my money.

I initially saw them advertising on Instagram and so I went out of Instagram and googled them and they came up with the same offer, so I placed an order via their website, which says they are an Australian company however the items coming from China. They are no longer advertising on Instagram which makes me think its a scam, they also have no phone contact and they had 2 ways to contact them and I have used both email address's to email them over the weeks, however when I tried to email them on one of their emails this morning it bounced back to me saying it was not delivered....again it's giving me scam vibes.

They are advertising their Air Ionizer and its false advertising they say its perfect for allergy sufferers and this is NOT true, in fact Ionizers can cause serious lung and respiratory issues and this item was coming from China so it may not even pass Australian safety standards. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Also customer service is lacking, in the fact that they take their sweet time to reply and when they do eventually reply its an automated email full of apologies but never answering the questions.

I do NOT nor would I recommend buying from them. Fair Trading has been notified.
