a couple of hamburgers for the dog witch i don't mind at all. He has a Tefal non stick anodised fry pan and i cooked the hamburgers on a high heat. By doing that, i totally fried the fry pan and really wrecked it. Naturally i have to replace it and didn't even know where to start looking for a pan like this. I got onto this Tefal site and had help from a lady by the name of Kelly. Kelly gave me a link to click onto and im happy to say, i have now purchased a brand new Tefal Gourmet Hard Anodised Non-stick Fry Pan 30cm to replace the one i wrecked. I won't be cooking on a high heat ever again. I have attached a couple of photos with the fry pan i wrecked and the new one i had to buy to replace it. I'm very happy with the price i got it for and will be buying more products from Tefal in the future. 5 star review just ain't enough for how pleased i am with finding the right product. Thank you Tefal Customer Service

cooking record on his range of Weber's and had heard about their amazing customer service. Wow, what a great BBQ it has been! Perfectly cooked thick steaks, roasts of all sorts, swap in the hotplate and fry eggs, bacon, sausages without flare ups. The hood down cooking experience has opened by a world of savoury flavours.

Since that first purchase, I have become a bit of a fan boy, and now also have a Weber Go Anywhere (a great introduction to charcoal cooking) and a Baby Q for camping. The addition of a Weber iGrill (a temperature monitor) for Father's Day made it just all too easy to cook larger cuts of meat, especially with the bone in.

Recently my grill plates have rusted and I contact Weber to order some new ones. Their customer service was top class; quick, friendly and helpful. And instead of being charged, they immediately sent me some new plates in the mail for no charge! I had heard many years ago that their customer service was that good, and thats why you pay a little extra, and it was very rewarding to find some 8-10 years later that nothing had changed. Well done Weber.

The Bio Flame BEWARE – I paid a deposit to The Bio Flame, submitted a plan and was provided a Chinese character image of what they would build for me. When I converted the… Read more

plan to English, I identified defects in the plan and asked The Bio Flame if they could redraw to fit the enclosure I was working with. I let them know that the enclosure I was working with was made of Lava rock, not an easy material to modify. Subsequent communications from the Bio Flame would not address the design flaw. I asked for a refund and The Bio Flame stopped responding. I had to write off my customers investment and purchase from a different, reputable manufacturer. Since The Bio Flame is in Canada, I was told I had no recourse to recover the $2000 deposit.

Since the negative experience and reviews, The BioFlame assigned an individual to help me navigate this purchase. Currently the part is in production and I hope to see it soon.

used for 4 months under normal household use. That is not reasonable wear and tear for a product marketed as durable and sold at a premium price.

Even more disappointing was Franke’s response. Despite the sink only being installed 4 months ago, they dismissed the issue as “impact damage” and refused any warranty support.

A sink of this quality and cost should not be chipping after a few months, and a premium brand should stand behind its products. Franke is absolute rubbish quality for such a high price point, you would be better off purchasing a no name brand for a quarter of the price. FRANKE INFERIOR QUALITY FOR PREMIUM PRICING!
