excellent. Now that I've had the Grills for a while, and done a dozen or so cook-ups, I can confirm that the hype is real. They really are high quality, easy to use. I'm no high quality chef, but I've been able to cook some amazing meat on these - and I feel like I'm just getting started. I'm able to cook up a couple of pieces of smaller meat for just my wife or I; or I can cook enough meat to easily feed 50 people on the 700E-XL. Having both is luxurious.

I had a couple of small issues. The delivery was mucked around and it arrived a week later than it was meant to, but customer service apologised it and ended up delivering it straight to my home (rather than a local depot, which would've been much more hassle). After a bunch of cooks one of the thermometers was reading incorrectly, and they replaced it free within a few days. Other than that, no issues at all.

I haven't found it as easy as I'd hoped to get good quality pellets, but I live in regional NSW, so not much can be done about that. But it'd be worth knowing that if you don't live near a city, getting high quality pellets can be a tricky endeavour.

I'll be recommending Z Grills to others, as others did for me.

instructions were spot on, every single step was accounted for. Yes the sheer amount of boxes appeared overwhelming, but those instructions were clearly drafted by someone who's setup the ZGrill and not written by a bot.

I didn't run the firmware update as advised, my first burnoff went well and my first cook resulted in 6 hours slow cooked 321 method and damn they were the best ribs I've ever had. I updated the firmware on the second cook and bam, the experience was the same, the results a little better. Using the app effictively requires the firmware update, don't do what I did, nothing bad happened it was just easier to use afterwards.

Highly recommend this pellet smoker.

Lots of Questions – Enquired about one of the grills and got confusing answers from the number... person on the other end was clearly in a call centre and didn't know a thing about the grills and kept referring me to links with more information, which kinda defeats the purpose of going to the hotline... Really dubious about buying one of these and you should be too...

purchased because of all the great reviews about customer sevice – I purchased a zgrill due to recommendations and reviews indicating great customer service. Boy was i wrong. I was given 2 delivery dates. Both times zgrill did not arrive and i was told it was couriers fault. I offered to pick it up but was not allowed. instead they credited the purchase amount even though i did not request it or want it. No grill for XMAS. I can only assume all "good reviews" have been purchased.

Hands down the best smoker I have brought ever, Z Grills customer service is outstanding, nothing is a problem to them, they are more than happy to help you out with any problems or just advice

how easy it is to use. The temperature control is incredibly accurate, so whether I’m smoking low and slow, grilling steaks, or even baking, it holds steady without constant babysitting. The hopper size is generous, the startup is quick, and the cleanup is surprisingly simple compared to other smokers I’ve owned.

The smoke flavour it produces is outstanding, clean, balanced, and not overpowering. Ribs, brisket, chicken, veggies… everything comes out tender and full of flavour. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and performance.

If you want restaurant-quality BBQ at home without needing to be a pitmaster, the Z Grills pellet smoker is an absolute winner. Highly recommend it.

Best investment ever!! I’ve hummed and haaa’d for a few years on weather to go for a smoker and finally bit the bullet. After seeing the reviews and haunting the Zgrill website I decided to take a chance. The 7002B has been the best smoker/grill. Have had my Z grill for a few months now I have the 7002B, biggest cook I’ve done so far is 4 racks of beef ribs, 3 rack of pork ribs and a 2.2kg pork butt, Gets fired up most weekends and can’t fault it, easy to maintain, easy to use, can have it running whilst I’m playing with the kids and it never misses a beat (unless someone forgets to refill with pallets….
