Today I spoke with Jesse, a TCL technician regarding a small problem with my near new television which I am extremely happy with so far. The problem was with the program guide, whereby the date would change and all information regarding channels would disappear. Jesse talked me through the problem and we fixed it so I would recommend this Company and their back up technical support as well. Well done TCL. Show reply

This is the worst product you ever buy , I bought 75 inch TV TCL and went through a lots of trouble internet keep dropping (no internet connection) and blue line across then the TV decided to go all black which I am sure everyone bought TCL will experience these sooner or later , my TV decided to go black few months after the warranty… Read more
unfortunately but my advice to everyone want to buy this TV think again and spend extra couple of hundreds to buy decent brand , finally I don’t recommend it at all because the life expectancy for this brand not more than 4 years not like other brand I had before for nearly 15 years , even the local tv technician told me he get 2-3 tv a day having the same issues, Please take my advice and stay away from TCL thanks

very disappointed with out TCL experience. We purchased an 85 inch tv, less than 2 weeks later the screen is showing black lines. our warranty claim was denied, they are claiming physical damage, which it was not. Follow-up · I am still waiting for the replacement TV, The process went from easy to frustrating, The TV had an internal pixel meltdown, (melted).

DO NOT BUY. TV is fine but to get it to work you have to hand all your data over to Google and sign up for an account which within 24 hours constantly asks you to login each time you turn the TV on and then randomly disables the google account and makes you appeal to get it back. Without it, you cannot use any of the apps on the TV

TCL made a requests, I responded with what they wanted, then they kept making the same requests. They seem incapable of reviewing prior communications until you call them and say "you asked me to do X, but can you not see that I sent X to you two days ago ?"

I had been struggling to get this problem of setting up favourite channels fixed for quite some time but TJ managed to get to the bottom of it and sort things out. We had internet connection issues to complicate the matter but he patiently worked his way through the issue and found the solution. My grandsons TV died while still under warranty. Reporting the problems took some time, having to video the TV in situ, however with the great help of a TCL technician we got there. to be very good. Just waiting for the replacement TV. Just one suggestion. Because my grandson lives in a first floor apartment, we have to get the old TV to the ground floor and take the new one up to the first floor. Due to our circumstances this will be very awkward for us (no lift). It would be an added service for replacement TV's to be delivered to a convenient place. Thank you
