Poor suction and battery life. The vacuum only works at picking up any small particles on turbo speed which lasts 10 minutes before the vacuum is out of battery and needs recharging. I contacted help via MyDeal, who advised it’s working properly. I am in a small 2 bedroom apartment, with low pile carpet in bedrooms and tiles in other living area. I can’t even vacuum it in one go. had a lot of problems returning the unit because the seller wants to send me videos of it sucking up coins (?!?) instead of vacuuming up dust - which is what I needed it for.
Follow-up · The stick vac itself was absolutely useless for cleaning up dirt - poor levels of suction mixed with a motorized head which didn't pick up the dust. Zero out of ten - would NOT recommend!
