This bread is so healthy and delicious and deserves a high rating because of it. It is also budget friendly. I live in Queensland so you have to be careful with bread going of in the humidity no matter what bread you buy. I am particullary happy with the bread as I am able to pop it in the fridge and it keeps so well and does no harm to the taste or texture.

They forgot one of the vital ingredients and it tastes terrible – This would be a fantastic, truly healthy and satisfying bread, nearly as good as the Low-Gi one that Woolies just stopped making. But somehow the person who created the recipe forgot to consider how much salt is needed to balance out the ingredients. It actually has even LESS salt than the now almost seed-less Woolies version. And before you all start panicking at the word 'salt', a certain amount is vital to your health, and if you are buying this bread, you are likely to be already cautious of eating too much.

Love it. Thanks Aldi – Does not go mouldy. I’ve never had that happen, but then I’m sensible enough to know that if I can’t eat a loaf of bread in a couple of days or it’s the middle of summer to store it in the fridge or freezer. It keeps for months in the freezer or weeks in the fridge. I love this toasted with cheese. Anything low carb and savoury with this is a winner. Very nice and great for diabetics

Not Discontinued BUT DEFINITELY GOES MOULDY TOO QUICK – This is still available in Aldi stores. In all considerations, this appears to be a good product, taste is good and nutrition is excellent BUT as the previous reviewer points out, it goes mouldy well inside the best before date. I think the problem may be to do with how wet it is when packaged, but I am no expert on this. But at $5 a loaf, it is just too expensoive to be throwing out a third of every loaf because of mould. Sorry Aldi, you need to talk to your suppliers because this is just awful.

Nice bread but goes mouldy before best before date – Bought this a couple of times and has gone mouldy well before best before date. Chucking half a bread out on two occasions for is costly dissapponting and downright disgusting. I will no longer purchase this product from your local Aldi store but if you do check it well! I will attach a photo of packaging but not bread as ain't appetising.
