I'll never buy Aldi furniture again – While the quality seems decent enough, not so the factory's quality control of the included parts. We could not exchange the setting and instead, Aldi made us send an email to a 3rd party company who seem to manage complaints and problems with the stuff they sell. The company supplied us with a form to fill out to request the missing and/or correct parts for the chairs. Guess what? They don't stock the spares and have to order them from the factory in China! Indications are 3-4 months wait. What a joke. Never again...

This is an on-going saga. After contacting Aldi support 2months ago, we finally received a parcel from SHLHK supposedly containing the missing components, but they were the incorrect parts and don't fit. All attempts to contact SHLHK support again have been futile. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails, so we are still unable to use the product. ALDI themselves cannot be contacted as they do not provide phone or email details. Basically, ALDI hides behind an iron curtain and doesn't accept complaints about their products. Aldi service doesn't exist, so if you get a faulty item (highly likely it will be faulty in my experience) just take it back and get a refund. Do NOT contact SHLHK for support because they don't respond. Woeful.
