is there the opportunity to purchase a replacement hose for my Ferrex 20v cordless air pump
Would the the pump work on an inflatable stand up paddle board?
I’m not sure Rachel as I haven’t used it for that application but I would recommend a cheap foot pump, they move a fair bit of air in a short time without needing the high pressures of a tyre pump that needs 30-60psi. When I have used small powered pumps in the past they take forever, and labor the unit. When I switched to a foot pump filling an inflatable thing like a mattress or paddle board inflation happened much quicker. For $10-20 from Bunnings, BCF, Kmart or similar, a manual foot pump would do the job much quicker, and without power/ battery complications.

I believe I need replacement O rings for a Ferrex 20v Cordless hand-held air-compressor as it has lost pressure. Can anyone tell me a) If the cylinder uses O rings AND b) IF so their size and where I can get hold of them? The compressor is superior to the one I have that runs off the 12v vehicle supply so I'd like to repair it. I've run it into the ground to be fair. I use it weekly for 2 years to keep my alloys (which seems a fairly porous alloy) at 42psi. Given my tyres lose 2psi a day that is a lot of work over 2 years, so as it still runs but I get no pressure, I'm banking of the O rings having worn out.

It comes with 5 year warranty. Surely it's a better option if it's available to you.
The problem is I have no receipt so proving when I bought it would be awkward. I"ll just take it apart and see what the seals are and then look for a supplier. Thanks for your reply however.
I have the Aldi 20v Cordless air compressor, it has been brilliant but now 2 years or so on with it weekly pumping up my 42psi car tyres (the allow wheels are terrible at keeping air in the tyres) it now has virtually no pressuer despite the pump working well. I suspect I need new sea/O-rings on the piston. Does anyone know IF it is o-rings (I can take it apart to confirm but I'm hoping someone has already done so!) on the piston AND IF so the size and where I can obtain replacement rings. I'm happy enough to replace them myself.

No Cindy it won’t work for balloons, the trigger activates the pump when it senses its attachment to the thread of a tyre. You can buy small plastic hand pumps for balloons that are quick and easy to use from variety stores.
Not true. Yes, you can. To make it easier I cut off the valve bit from the old bike tyre. Works like a charm. You can even do this with the ball attachment supplied, just be careful with the sharp end. Hope it helps.

At Aldi, the battery is the same for any Ferrex battery powered devices, e.g. not unique to the compressor.

My Ferrex pump came with a battery but are different from the 20 and 40 that the other tools use.

There are a couple of them (when on sale). There is choice of single or dual charger, fast and slow. Also, batteries from my memory 2Ah or 4Ah. No idea about part numbers though.
