Chopper broken. sliced onion up into 3 pieces, then put through chopper. It bent and removed some of the blades. Useless might have been ok for capsicum or banana etc soft stuff, But I bought for chopping up onion because I hate it. Show details
Best value kitchen appliance have purchased – If possible I would buy many and give them as presents as they are so good. Love them Show details
BRILLIANT! – This dear little chopper is wonderful. So light and easy to use. Handles cutting more that it looks like it would. I'm pretty gentle with it because I want it to last as long as possible but so far it's a little ripper. I've chopped tons of parsely and other herbs with it and garlic, capsicum, tomato - all done quickly and effectively. Haven't… Read more · 1
used the whisk yetbut have no doubt it'll be just as good. The string seems really strong, but I pull it gently and slowly at first and then get faster. Looking forward to using it with other foods - don't think eg big chunks of hard chocolate wld work, but softened up a bit would be fine. I hope (& think) it will be good for grinding seeds and softer nuts. Wld be great for curry pastes & similar and great for camping. 5 stars from me!
Can I get a replacement blade for my Aldi mini chopper model 58078 – Excellent Mini Chopper easy to wash and use. Suddenly broken the head of steel blade while operating. In the blade the black plastic head part is broken now. I really love this little appliance and am lost without it. Am I able to get this part from somewhere? Show details
Junk – Junk...worked great and was a genius kitchen device for small chopping tasks like making sauces. Alas when great for about 4 times then pull handle spindle somehow disengaged. Unfixable. About the only crap thing I have bough from Aldi I might add....but this one is junk. Show details
Not good quality – We purchased 2 of these food processors from Aldi, one for our use and the other a gift. The units both worked quite well initially however after about 6 months the switch mechanism broke ... on both units. The large control knob looks quite sturdy but on the inside is a very flimsy poorly manufactured switch. We contacted the importer Winplus… Read more
Customer Care. They asked us to make a video of the fault and send it in. In our case this was not possible as we are both elderly and not sure of this technology. It appeared we had to jump through hoops to have this fault recognised. The so called "Customer Care" isn't at all helpful. The units did work if we used the lid to turn it on and off but this has now failed and the motor started to smell like an electrical fire. It now appears to have burnt out. Overall we have learnt our lesson ... don't buy cheap appliances that are badly manufactured.
Excellent! – Small. Sits easily on bench. Chops anything - veges, nuts, meat. I use it everyday. One of my best purchases. Easy to clean. Easy to use and to disassemble for washing. Show details

Mini Chopper OK but the spindle of the blades has broken – I liked the chopper for small jobs but have found the top of the blades have snapped off and I can no longer use it. I used it to break up biscuits for cheesecake bases . chopped onion up finely for different types of meals etc. Hope to hear from someone if you can just get the blades Show details

Aldi Mini Chopper – More than happy with the performance of this small machine! Chops up vegetables, cake mixtures etc beautifully and is a lot of easier to use rather than having to lug out the old cumbersome Kambrook out of the closet! A lot easier to wash as well. My go-to machine for the odd small job! Show details
I just can't live without it – It did everything I wanted until yesterday and suddenly it lost its power to cut, went well when no resistance of food to chop. Still looks brand new but guess the motor must have worn out !Just like I am maybe!! The blade worked well, the capacity excellent for small preparation Show details

Kitchen Essential – This Mini Chopper is perfect! Does all the things the more expensive choppers do, but it is compact and therefore takes up far less kitchen space. Easy to clean and, and very user friendly. I love to take a shake to work for breakfast. It is So easy to use fresh fruit and vegetables and berries in this blender.
