VerifiedHi there - I would just like to ask if you need to preheat the thermo mix before cooking? I have a recipe that says to cook some ingredients for 3 minutes at 100 degrees. If I set the temperature at 100 degrees, the 3 minutes is up before the machine has reached the stated temperature. Can't find this info anywhere in the manual or online so would appreciate the answer.
Never had to preheat! Maybe follow one of the preprogrammed recipes and see if unit is working correctly!
Hi the bowl fell from the drainer and broke the side click ,can I just replace the whole black strap on the right side

I have just gone to use my cooker for the second time and the screen is just black. Nothing I do is making it turn on. Please help

I keep getting E2 Please assemble bowl in machine Used this for only one meal without a problem. Went to use again and cant get past the above problem. Any ideas please

Do the blades break
Do you need to change the different blades manually or do they change by dialling a switch like is done with a Thermomix?
Does this model have a blade cover available. If so where do I get one from
Hi Sandy, If you could please provide the model number of the unit, we can look into this for you. It is usually alpha-numeric (numbers and letters). It should be on the back or bottom of the unit, as well as on the front cover of the instruction manual.

how do you change temperature?
Does anyone know if there is any easy way to copy recipes from Thermomix or anywhere straight over to save in your Aldi Sterling smart wifi thermo? My daughter has one and is atm having to copy and paste them in sections? Surely there is an easier way?

Hi, I have bought two of the Stirling Wi-Fi Thermo Cookers from Aldim, one for myself and one for my daughter about three weeks ago. I have wonderful success up to last weekend when one of the tiny screws under the click in feature fell out and doesn't want to go back in. Also the error E3 message has started displaying both at the beginning and throughout a manual cooking that the lid needs to be fitted correctly even when it has clicked in securely. I welcome any input as I have thoroughly enjoyed using the machine up to the error E3 messages started. Thank you for your time. Regards Michelle Riley

My Thermo cooker has started only running at the very fastest speed even when the blade speed is set to 1. As soon as you press the start button no matter the settings the blades run as fast as possible (It is only a week old and has been used twice). Is this a common issue and if so what is the fix?
What is the best way to clean the Thermo bowl please.
Sally I assume you mean the mixing jug I use hot soapy water in it and either pulse a few times or use a bottle brush and clean it that way You need the blade removed to wash it best Hope that helps

Can you use recipes from any sites, or are you limited to Aldi recipes or the programmed recipes that come with machine?
You can use it manually with any recipe.
Is this machine suitable for making dough & cake mixture? If so what blasé do you use for them. Thank you.
Temperature is not accurate jumping up and down by 20 degrees. If temperature above 135 (the highest I’ve seen) the machine short circuits my electricity board consistently. Can this be fixed under my 3 year warranty?
Yes hit them up Tina. Mine keeps doimg the same so sooner or later I too will have to make warranty enquiries. Have had good results with this in the past. Lmk how you go! I'll do the same if and when I get around to it lol
