ALDI Sous Vide Stick

Great device for the price! – The two negative responses here are obviously due to operator error. This is a quality product that does exactly what it says it does. It hold temp perfectly and starts circulating AFTER the water has reached temp. The fluctuations in water temp are minimal and are due to air temp fluctuations! An absolute quality product!!!!!!!

Absolute Crap! – Stick is set at 57.5 but fluctuates between 50.3 and 59. Not precision at all! Does not circulate until 5 minutes in to cooking time. Will never buy Aldi again.

Nope, SImply Nope – It does not do anything well. Took mine back for a Full Refund and Bought a Philips All-in-One and an ANOVA Precision Cooker, well worth the extra money. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!
