Watered down, useless – I have to agree with reviews above, this product used to be fantastic and drove me into the ALDI store. They have watered down so much and used cheap flimsy packaging. I will no longer shop at ALDI as I find all their packaging is cheap and ends up failing before the product is finished.  Show details

Product now useless – It’s not just the new cheap packaging, this product now seems to be so watered down that it is totally ineffective. Had used it for years but will now be seeking an alternative at Woolworths or Coles. This is not the way to increase profits & people should walk away from this garbage. Show details

Cheap repackaging of this dishwashing liquid by Aldi supplier will mean a decrease in sales – Unamat dishwashing detergent has been repackaged in a cheap and nasty hard plastic material which is not only difficult to hold, but the top pops open and the contents spill all over your groceries during transport. manufacturing materials, and do much better. It is no savings to customers if this faulty packaging causes the liquid to spill and ruin the rest of your groceries. Don’t buy this product, because the packaging is faulty. It’s a false saving Aldi if consumers stop buying your products because of your greed. Return to the original packaging if you want to keep your customers.

Product change – I have used the old product for years. What ever you have done to the recent stuff is now crap, no soap sucks it really sucks. please bring back the old product

Excellent Product – I have used this product for years without complaint. It is economical and does a great job. The way to avoid the cap splitting off is to bottle it off into smaller squeeze bottles and top up when required. They are easier to control . Show details

Does the job very well – Have been using Unamat dishwashing liquid from Aldi for quite a while. It cuts the grease OK and leaves the dishes squeaky clean. At around a $1 a litre what is not to like. The problem is it lasts for a while but the cap on the top does not. When you are down to about a third left in the bottle the hinge on the cap severs., Annoying every time you use it trying the get the cap lined up.
