My Alex Liddy bowls stick together and are very hard to separate, I worry that I will break them.?

I'm looking for plates design I used to have years ago. I couldn't find it now in any website. The plates are white with lines texture around. The lines are similar to that on bianco lined mug. Could you please provide me with this design in plates? I have 3 peices and I want more. Regards
I just bought about almost $200 worth of plates and bowls from House. I have not opened them up yet and after reading all these negative reviews, i am definitely going to return them tomorrow before i open them! They look shiney and gorgeous in the shop and i was so excited to use them!
They become matt, stick together, my cups have cracks inside and inside where the handle is fitted. Would never buy it again.
Supposed to be microwave compatible but plates cracked across centre. Luckily hot food did not burn anyone
Obviously not worth the time and effort complaining. My Alex Liddy tableware pretty useless too as I am frequently finding cracks in bowls and plates. They are not at all microwave safe either. Bowl can be blitheringly hot and food still fridge cold. Mos Chinese rubbish, I expect.
How can the public help ?
Why isn't Alex Liddy listening to those who've had trouble with their products?
Have they been made accountable for their crockery which starts out looking beautiful when new but is hideous, disappointing rubbish when put in the dishwasher over time?
Can't they see they need to either fix something or STOP SELLING IT?
I have written directly to their customer services and have had no response to date. Disappointing as I have bought their crockery in multiples for many years.
Maybe write to them directly rather than via a Review site.
Hi I purchased 2 sets of a 16 piece Aquis dinner set. It would have been over 2 years ago now but they only ever come out for special occasions. My problem appears to be exactly like all the others I have read but only applies to 6 of the 8 side plates. A bloom and dullness making them appear unclean.
I contacted the department store were I purchased them from but they said they had never had a complaint and would not replace them!!! I am very disappointed in there reaction and product.
What is my course of support now?

I tried that too. What a business. They lost my correspondence and then had problems with their site! 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. They wanted a photo. Of course a photo never looks as bad as it really is but responded with a reply that it was NOT covered under warranty. I'm very disappointed. Very very bad customer service.
Just bought Alex Liddy Aquis dinner sets x 2. Im dissapointed to read the dinner set lose their shine. Ive had Maxwell n Williams for 25 years and used every day and still looks new. Can someone please reassure me that the article is incorrect? I spent over $200
No definitely the dinner plates have lost their sheen I have and have had Alex Liddy for years this is the first one that has done this
Hi there.. I am sorry to say.. it is absolutely true.. I have since disposed of the Alex Liddy and purchased the Maxwell Williams Cashmere.. I do hope your experience is different to mine but judging by the other reviews.. I was not the only one who had experienced the dinner set going dull.. all the best.
