We utilised Allchin for issue with our new caravan fridge. Office staff (Liz & Taylar), were both very helpful and arranged for a service technician to come to our location & check our fridge. Only positive comments for the technician (Fraser). Fault was identified & he quickly discussed with suppliers re warranty. Claim was raised by Taylar ASAP, this resulted in prompt arrival of replacement fridge & fitted within a week. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially fellow caravanning like us. A big thanks to all involved. Cheers Mal

Worst appliance/system service experience of my life – After what proved to be an incorrect fault diagnosis (taking 2 hours) for my ducted airconditioner, quote provided was $995 minimum and potentially $1265+. Allchin even offered to supply a quotation for replacement of the complete unit for my consideration (on a substantial ducted airconditioning system just over a year out of warranty!). Fujitsu technician subsequently diagnosed the fault in 30 minutes: gecko across the terminal block, requiring terminal block replacement with total service + part cost less than $185. Now working perfectly.

Allchin tried to change their diagnosis after I informed them of the Fujitsu technician's findings.

They do not reply to emails. Almost impossible to contact by telephone (with no opportunity to leave a message when you get through).
