very rude and answered aggressively saying “ no who does that I don’t are you serious “ .

Terrible customer service annd very very unprofessional

I said nicely “ that’s okay and how much do you charge “

He again answered very rudely and abrupt he refused to answer he said - “ No I don’t feel like answering your question I’m not going to do any work for you “

Very very very upsetting and very unprofessional, poor customer service

He then hung up on my face

Terrible person terrible customer service , doesn’t look good on your books isn’t good for your business this man

Need to clean up better left too much mess at my home

Jim's Electrical did a first class job in installing our EV wall charger. The work was finished on time as promised, the installation was neat and clean. their electrician was very experienced and courteous.

Bloke tried charging me $263 part fee for a $10 part!! And another $300 for the job plus a call out fee.

Phil arrived ahead of scheduled time along with team and was exceptionally polite and professional. Job was completed quickly, without fuss and at a very competitive cost. Am very happy with the job done and have no hesitation contacting them for any further requirements. Highly recommended.

Attended at the arranged time and date, unfortunately the power went off. He returned on another suitable time and date, completed the work in a timely manner including the certificate for the quoted price. Very pleased with the outcome.
