I'm located on the Northern Gold Coast, Ben from Jims Electrical installed my oven today, he was fantastic, did a great job and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Jim's Electrical did a first class job in installing our EV wall charger. The work was finished on time as promised, the installation was neat and clean. their electrician was very experienced and courteous.

Very professional and friendly service. Showed up within half hour after I called and got straight into it. David was the electrician who did the work, a local guy and didn't mess around. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Contacted Jim's Electrical for a quote for and electrical compliance check as part of a house sale. Quoted over the phone as standard fee. Attended at the arranged time and date, unfortunately the power went off. He returned on another suitable time and date, completed the work in a timely manner including the certificate for the quoted price. Very pleased with the outcome.

John from Jim’s Electrical completely understood our needs for our elderly mother by installing an additional PowerPoint in her bedroom. This has eliminated 2 extension cords and 2 power boards not to mention her unplugging everything and wondering around with electrical equipment. Prompt communication, pleasant Tradesperson Chris I believe. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Jim’s electrical booked for replacement lights. What was originally quoted over the phone by electrician was invoiced much higher without any communication before it was charged.

Rip-off rates, don't recommend – Rip-off rates. Quoted $900 for a job requiring labour only, to replace a bathroom fan and affix a wire. A one hour job, wanted $900 for it.

Dean was great! Super professional, polite and fast. Fantastic communication and even cleaned up after himself. Our issues were fixed quickly and properly. Would absolutely use again.

David from Jim’s electrical was fantastic. He came quickly to attend our emergency problem, fixed it just as quickly and was extremely helpful in fixing up some other small problems why he was there. Nothing was too much trouble, and rates were perfectly reasonable. Highly recommended!

Ron was excellent. Communication was great. Arrived when he said he would. Pool lights have been a massive pain and he did his very best to find the problem. He also did a small job inside the house as well which I was grateful for. Will definitely use Ron again. Thanks Ron.
