Reimbursements for my treatment and medication were being paid, then suddenly stopped — with no clear or updated explanation. At the same time, they hadn’t properly engaged my treating doctors, consent issues were left unresolved, and my escalation requests went unanswered. So decisions that directly impacted my treatment and finances were made… Read more

before the process was properly completed or explained. Left me chasing answers while dealing with the injury. Claim Made: Yes Claim Resolution Time: 3+ months Claim Date: June 2022 Claim Approved: No

Pretty much started the conversation with returning to work as soon as I'd sustained an injury. Third world payments. Nothing but crickets since. Show details

I wish I could give negative stars. Terrible service. Payment is random & makes no sense. Often left me with no food for groceries or bills. Show details

The worst insurance company in Australia specially in Western Australia one case of worker injured at work and workers compensation claim lodged with the employer but Allianz did not respond no notice of liability no communication no workcover arbitration processes no response case went on for two years with no success even with the lawyers … Read more

still going despite employer confirming injury was caused of lifting heavy items in the warehouse still no answer which is illegal under the workers compensation claim act 2023 but Allianz did get away with it with no accountability. How did they get away with it no nobody knows they are very bad. Another case my partner has car insurance comprehensive full cover when she had accident happened the Allianz asked investigation including video recording interviews and asking support statements up to 10 people that knows her and federal police check she ended up running away due to their extreme approach they are criminal organisation based in Western Australia

Worst 'case managers' of any insurer. Cut-off my domestic assistance the week after serious cervical spinal surgery. Combative management refuse everything that is already in place for years then if you complain put you on a 'communication plan' where you can't even call them and a 48hr turn around on emails. Absolute scum Show details

As a service provider to injured workers I wsas trying to obtain information about billing for my services that I had not been paid. The woman who I was speaking to was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me because I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said because I couldn’t understand what she was saying and she gave me incorrect information that kept changing (from what I could make out). Show details

People I recommend that when you start employment. Check as to whom is the Employers insurer regarding workers comp in the event that if ever you are in the situation that you require the supposed support and correct duty of care from whom your cover and ongoing wellbeing is at the mercy of! Never trust that your best interest is in their hands.… Read more

You will be sent to THEIR “preferred medical specialist” to have your current situation accessed along with their “preferred specialist “ deems what will be one’s future concerns that may confront one! Whilst attending their “preferred specialist” you will find yourself in a situation where he will style his report during the appointment outloud of which you will be of the belief that it is referring to another client and states words back to your responses to his questions that hold zero association to your situation!! At the end of the road, you will be offered the minimal amount that is required be WCWA that does not include any recommendations from your own Independant specialist. Only what their” preferred specialist” as stated. If anyone wants to know my experience with Allianz throughout my entire period and experience of which at anytime felt they had my best interests at the forefront only theirs. 0415427517 Noel Rutledge

We were a contractor for a client with reduced mental & memory capacity due to a workplace injury. We were notified of the cessation of his approved period, after After querying why we were not notified, we were met with the response: "It’s the workers responsibility to inform you.", to which we queried again as they were well aware of this… Read more

customer's issues (obviously) and met the response: "It’s not our responsibility to do so, the worker informs the provider of their approved services... He will be responsible for the service you have done today & he was well aware of the cessation."

To say that I was absolutely disgusted would be an understatement. We don't even care about the money, we were more concerned with the client being dumped with a bill when they clearly aren't in a physical or mental capacity to do anything about it. The fact that these 'people' can actively chase disabled clients for medical details etc and then act like they don't know every detail of their client's medical history/shortcomings is nothing short of a disgrace, and the government should hold these crooks accountable for their negligence.

Don't expect to be treated like a human being – Allianz need to be relieved of their tender with icare. I'm consistently floored by how unprofessional this mob is. No knowledge, no empathy, no care, no effort, nothing. These people are rude and consistently taking outside legislated timeframes for certain tasks. They are barely even reactive let alone proactive so expect to be managing your own… Read more

claim if you're unfortunate enough to have to deal with these people. Been on claim for over a year now and only getting worse due to the constant battle with these guys and their unprofessionalism. Don't bother escalating internally unless you want to be gaslighted and get nowhere. Go straight to icare or IRO to escalate your complaints because Allianz have a clear internal culture of not giving a [Content Removed] about anyone.

YOUR A NUMBER NOT A HUMAN PERSON TO ALLIANZ – Been on Allianz workcover for 3 years nearly. Been the most horrible terrible experience of my life so far. I’ve been thru more then the average person!! Been handed from person to person, well over 10-15 agents now, none of there employees are correctly trained, trauma informed or knowledgeable in this field of area. I feel like I’m on the phone… Read more

to a call center every time I hear from them. Theirs is no personal care for clients, no tapering to a clients individual needs and no understanding of what a client is going thru.

I have to push for months to get approved for services and even then it’s like getting blood from a stone. I tryed complaining to higher ups who hade a telecall with my phyc and then proceeded to ghost me and not return emails or calls. I now have physio, pain specialist and lawyers working for free trying to make contact with Allianz but I am now left without an agent and no one in the company taking responsibility to get services approved that should have been years ago. Allianz have been hindering my journey to heal so far and made my life a living hell and don’t seem to care at all. They haven’t paid any of the services I’m using still to date, doctors, physio, pain specialist, hydrotherapy. Most agents have delayed each service needed by 3 months at a time minimally. Im truly Disgusted by there lack of care for a human being, they are just insurance and you are just a number until they can kick you of the system leaving you broken, scarred and unable to return to work or return to the things you actually enjoy in life.

Whilst Allianz agents are celebrating and rewarded for terminating injured clients and saving the company money. Injured workers family’s are losing members and injured workers with no support are contemplating suicide!

There should be a option for no stars as they don’t even deserve one star!

Work cover – After a work place accident with a severe injury I was treated like an animal , l wouldn’t wish the treatment l was exposed to my worst enemy. Well the good news is Work-safe will take over all work cover claims as from the 1/10/2024. Thank god the government has finally recognised how corrupt Allianz was and to dismiss them. Well done VIC Gov!! The sooner we remove them from Australia completely it will be a better place to live! Show details

Tragic – Just dealt with these people for 7 months on a workcover claim. A truely horrendous company with the most despicable customer service I have ever had in my lifetime. Would not go near any of their products or recommend then to a single soul. Escalating to complaints gets you nowhere. If you get stuck dealing with these people for a work cover claim, beware. Keep detailed records of your own and chase them up, they will take you for a ride. Show details

Allianz will exacerbate your mental health – 3 years since my claim was approved and the past 2 years I’ve had to request new case managers due to incompetence. Case managers make errors but don’t fix the mistakes, escalated to complaints department and that was a waste of time. Allianz being worksafe agents don’t abide by the legislation regarding claims and process, have their own… Read more

internal legislation and Worksafe complaints don’t care. Late payments and Allianz not reporting employer to be fined. Too lazy to follow up late payments No duty of care towards injured workers that I’m now being ghosted. From case managers to management all have been unprofessional to say the least. Non compliant employers receive more support compared to injured workers. Email case manager and she forwards my email to others, if I question their actions I’m provided with false information intentionally.

Car accident during work and then treated like a criminal by workers compensation Allianz – Workcover a horrific experience, took Allianz 5 months longer than there own procedures allow which now I have lost my employment at 60 years and being a single person, it’s devastating. Thanks Allianz for ruining my life and career. No assistance by Allianz to try to get my employer to agree to a return to work plan. I am now being ghosted by them.
