2 RC aircons leaking and damaging my home. Faulty pumps. Came back to fix it but it got worse. Then the excuses not to turn up. Then he swore at me by txt and finally pretended it wasn’t him who did the work!! Terrible standard. Didn’t use proper covers to hide pipes but bogged up buts of plastic. Very over friendly to the point of inappropriate. I now have to get another electrician in to fix it all up.

Great Experience, helpful & courteous – I called Alpha Electrics on 1.3.22, Steve answered my call, I had to call from my neighbour's phone as mine wasn't working, he was understanding and polite. I explained that I had no electricity at my house except for the lights. (that means no water either as pump not operating). Ben came next morning and was very thorough checking the house to locate where the problem might be. We found the source of the problem and fixed it. I was so relieved. My experience with Alpha Electrics was all good, they were always polite and courteous and also thorough and capable. I would recommend this company. Penny.
