Excellence in all aspects – It is a great gym to work out, friendly environment, and located in the heart of Strathfield. The staff members in the gym are very supportive and ready to lend a lending hand when required. Lastly but not the least, is hygienic and the ambience of the gym is welcoming to all.

DISHONEST STAFF – They lie about being a 24hr gym. Their trading hours are 12am-4am. When I voiced my concern on facebook they called me a fake 3rd party. They dont care about their customers concerns. All round bad experience
