Stupid design. Frustrating to use – Do not buy Very badly designed and frustrating. You can only turn up volume/answer calls but pressing on the touch button. The touch button is so sensitive that when you go to place the buds in your ear or just adjust them in your ear, the button gets pressed. No off switch which is very annoying. They are meant to automatically turn off when… Read more

placed back in the case but they don't! Instead I'll be on my phone and randomly it connects to these earbuds and I can't talk anymore on my call.

Beware - causes cancer and birth defects! Warning on packaging.

Spend a little more and get a product that does what it says it will on the packaging – These pods have been so frustrating since purchase. The driver associated with these pods is error riddled. I have to uninstall the driver and reinstall the driver every time these fall out of sync, which is 95% of the time that I try to use them. Do not bother!! Show details

Frustrating – I have the same problem as ozashk below, My left headphone constantly cuts in and out, it is so frustrating to Even do grocery shopping wearing these and I’ve only owned them for a few hours I was so excited to see EarPods in purple! And was also Excited by the price as they were quite affordable however I’m so upset by them not working properly, I have no real issues with my right one, just the left Show details

Frustrating tech support – I was able to charge and pair the buds without issue. I listened to them for about 1 hour, but the left bud made a tone and lost its connection. The two buds ceased communicating with one another. I emailed Altec Lansing but never got an answer. I called and the recording suggested using the chat option. I logged onto the website and was never… Read more

able to find a chat option. If there is one they've hidden it exceptionally well. So I called again. I was able to talk to a tech support person pretty quickly. However, I found it almost impossible to understand this person. I've absolutely no objection to hiring people of any minority/country, but I would appreciate tech support people at least be understandable or make an attempt to be understandable. This person was nearly impossible to understand, and made little effort to speak more clearly when told that I could not understand. His speech remained "thick" and extremely fast. And this support person continued "going away" for a moment several times making me think he might have been doing two calls at once. He did eventually manage to correct my issue with the buds, but it wasn't easy and the person was anything BUT personable or friendly. I think he hung up on me without sign off once we'd completed the last step. Absolutely FLAT and uninterested is the best way to describe his demeanor. The experience was frustrating.

spend more money and get some thing that works properly – these drop out of sync or drop the connection constantly. this makes them really irritating to use. max volume is low but acceptable. barely has an hour of battery life.  Show details

Good price good bass – I’m pretty impressed. Reasonable price I think the bass is good. Some songs I have been listening to for years and have only heard the lyrics clearly for the first time with these pods Show details

Beware: Nanopods cut out often – I purchased these Nanopods becuase I hoped they'd be great for my online therapy practice - hoping that I'd be able to use video conferencing/meeting and still move around the room easily without being tied to the computer desk. To be fair, when they work, they're great! My problem is that often, only one earpod works. Often, the left one cuts in… Read more

and out and at other times, they are not synchronised so that there's a lag between my left and right earpod- very distracting when I'm trying to have a conversation and have to pretend that I'm not distracted in a meeting. I work as a professional, so this affects how I operate my services. Sometimes, I've had to apologise and take a moment aside to just disconnect them and use the computer speakers. Also, no matter how often I try to reset them (by touching and holding both earpods together for several seconds), I still get only the right side working and the left side not connected. I wish I spent my money on a better product, sorry Altec Lansing.
