Amaia Lashes

This product product does not work. I have tried to contact the company by email 3 times and have had no response. Terrible customer service and terrible product.

I’ve kept the product because it makes for the best fake freckles and spots- just probably not worth the pricing if that’s all you’re using it for.

This review applies to their BROW TINT. same problem I had last time applies to this recent one that I got. It is inadequate in that it doesn't really stay on for very long at all!. I took it to my professional eyebrow lady who does my eyebrows and she agreed with me, that it is as good as useless. She said it has no activator so it is never going to stay on, you have to have an activator, So twice now I have wasted my money, it’s an expensive product for what it is. Anyway thats my feedback, I am very disappointed and silly to have made the same mistake twice.

Credit card scammed!!! – I purchased these as i saw them on istagram. As soon as I bought them my credit card was scammed!!! I know it was this purchase as it was the first ever putchase on my new credit card. So your card details are not safe purchasing from them. I also have emailed them and had bi response!

Brow Tint that is natural and lasts the distance – I have used the coffee and then the taupe shade of the Brow tint. Both were great but I felt the coffee would suit someone with darker skin than mine. I find you only need to brush the tint on and leave for about 15-20 mins. Make sure you shape your brows and remove any colour as it stains your skin really quickly. Lastly Ann from Amaia was amazing to deal with! Thank you!

last as long as a salon tint, but I’m happy to apply every 2 weeks for the perfect colour. I have just ordered the black to do my eye lashes.

Waste of money – This just wipes straight off lashes. Put it on my lashes twice Left it on for an hour & it wiped off leaving no color on my very blonde lashes.it was a waste of $47

Don’t waste your money – I came with no brush, it was difficult to apply, I used it once, left it on for the recommended duration & it didn’t stain my eyebrows, I’d rather use a eyebrow pen daily then this product

NOT worth it! – Does nothing for grey brow hairs and didn't colour my brows at all! My complaint was not treated seriously. Don't buy

So glad I discovered this – I saw the brow tint advertised for a while and decided to give it a go, and am so glad I did - wish I’d jumped earlier actually. My pretty much non existent brows look great, I couldn’t be happier. I ordered coffee, which looks very natural. I’m curious to try the dark brown too given my hair is dark brown/red for an occasional more defined look. The handwriitten note with the order was a lovely personal touch. Thank you Ann Show reply

Does not cover grey – As stated by Amai on their website, this product does cover grey hair which is false representation!! I bought the double deal brown and coffee. The brown made my skin look orange so I sent them photos, she also said my brows looked lovely and she said she can’t see the grey hair, which annoyed me greatly. I would not recommend this product!

Terrible home made tints – I purchased the Amaia eye brow tint and I made a mistake ordering double Terrible mistake I got this eye brow tint it stained my skin and turned my eye brows orange It took me most of the day to take the orange tint out Amaia will not handle complaints well She get very Rude Arrogant Defensive I had to report her to get my money back I had to send it all back in my expense And got my money I don’t recommend this website
