hair that falls out every morning for the past month since starting. The reason for this is because I was looking for a decrease in the amount of hair falling out but instead what I observed was that the amount of hair falling out more than doubled on a daily basis . I persisted because I did some research and was led to believe that it is normal to experience an increase in hair fallout when you start a hair growth product but that this should subside within three to four weeks I am now on my fifth week of using it and there has been no change so I will not be using this product again. $175 to end up with much less hair than I started. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

I would wash my hair with this product and 2 days later my hair would be oily again. I'm not talking once it happened every time I washed my hair. Sorry to say this about an aussie brand, but never again

No way in hell would I recommend this product – Got the kids curly package. the entire pack. Used the shampoo and conditioner. cherish (now I understand why most kid products say fragrance free) I washed his hair with his normal shampoo but it still smelled like pump hair care (why I mentioned weeks as the smell wasn’t coming out) After the third bath it was all gone. Now coming to the rest such as the cream and spray. the cream didn’t curl at all if you dry it using a hair dryer it makes it worse, frizzy, brittle and dry to touch. If you don’t dry and use the brush than you can see nice curls. (we are in winter I cant leave his hair wet) and for the spray that’s used to keep the frizzes away it was horrible. It made his hair sticky when wet and once it dried it was hard so I combed it and it was like when you put gel in your hair wait for it to dry and then brush it, it become dry, flaky, frizzy and shapeless. Won’t recommend this product AT ALL. As it took away my child amazing natural smell and didn’t do the job where it would leave natural curls without the sticky, dry and hard feeling. I would say the brush and the hair wrap was the only good thing about it.

so thick… I’ve never had thick hair , I have had new hair growth and continue to get new hair come through, it’s strong and overall beautiful. The products keep my hair so moist.

The moisture spray is a must have for people with dry hair holy doodles makes your hair feel so soft.

amazing. I have bought them a few times now, I find the website easy to navigate and I always manage to snag a bargain with special discounts and deals. More recently I tried the growth shampoo, conditioner and spray. My daughter and I both try using the mask once every 2-3 weeks, it smells amazing and makes her hair look fabulous after using it. I tried the dusting powder, it was good but I didn’t prefer it to the other brand I normally use. Their customer service is great, once I missed a special deal by a couple of hours and they sent me a code to use instead and they have offered to modify packs to suit my needs. Delivery is prompt and there’s always a special note, samples and treats when you receive your order. All packaging is sustainable too. Thumbs up from me.

PUMP Moisture Range – Bought the PUMP Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner, and Leave in Moisture Hydrate Spray. It left my hair worse than ever. My hair was very dry, and the leave-in spray actually caused my hair to stick together. Very disappointed as it is not cheap to buy. Show details

never buy this crap – I bought the shampoo for growth and conditioner for anti frizz .. my hair feels rough and like straw I have straighten it 3 times.. my hair is frizzy disappointed waste of money I now have to re wash my hair, it's two days after washing it 3 times straighten and still feels and looks horrible...

one that arrived is of the normal standard. The products work really well on my little ones curly hair :) my initial pack came with a free set of coconut brushes which I love too.

It's Alright – Stumbled upon the hair growth range so decided to try. I have the shampoo, conditioner and mermaid lengths spray. Pump Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner – The best blonde shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used. Leaves my hair a lovely ash blonde without grey or blue tinges. Super soft and shiny, never over toned. I’ve used lots of toning products for blonde hair but Pump is without a doubt the best!

This is perfect! I can’t live without it – I love this product. It takes out the yellowness in my hair and as I’m naturally going gray it blends my hair well.
