has thinned out since I started using it and how deconditioned it is. I have monitored the amount of hair that falls out every morning for the past month since starting. The reason for this is because I was looking for a decrease in the amount of hair falling out but instead what I observed was that the amount of hair falling out more than doubled on a daily basis . I persisted because I did some research and was led to believe that it is normal to experience an increase in hair fallout when you start a hair growth product but that this should subside within three to four weeks I am now on my fifth week of using it and there has been no change so I will not be using this product again. $175 to end up with much less hair than I started. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

It lathers well, it seems good value for money, it makes my hair feel soft and shiny, and best of all, my sensitive scalp is no longer sensitive or itchy.

Love this hair care range! The mask in particular is fantastic and I’ve noticed my curls return whenever I use it. Really hydrates without weighing my hair down or making it greasy.

cancellation process—it’s far more difficult than advertised. Clicking cancel leads straight to a recording, followed by a questionnaire that often stalls if your reason isn’t listed. I had to restart the process multiple times before it worked. This ‘subscription trap’ experience makes me question the brand, which is a shame given the strong products. Cancellation should be instant and straightforward.

Provided pics of my hair and my goal colour. Gave plenty of background info. Received a reply which asked me no questions but gave me links to all their products and recommended a colour duo (meaning I should buy 2 colours and use both). Made sense to me, so I did so. The resulting colour was much darker than the goal pic and nothing like it in tone. Panicked, I emailed her back with pics of my result and asked what I could do to fade the colour quickly. Heard nothing for 2 days. In the meantime I spent those 2 days and researched myself. I managed to fade it down to a more reasonable colour, thankfully with no damage to my hair. When I finally heard back from her she asked if my hair was porous, fine or curly - which it was, and the 'fine and curly' could be seen in the initial pics I sent. She blamed the darker colour on all of these things, but never once asked me if my hair was any of these things before recommending a colour. Have had several interactions with her now, all unsatisfactory - she wants me to spend more money on their products to fix it but will not offer a discount for insufficient/incorrect advice given at the start of the process. I will not use them again and warn everyone else not to also. They do not care about user experience and customer service is shockingly bad. I'm trying a different company next time and hoping for a better outcome.

actually kills the bacteria and doesn’t strip the skin of its natural oils. If you use their soap, then follow up with their cream. Both work together. The product lasts all day for me.

simple to use and the tutorial videos are very consice and straight forward (I recommend these over the paper instructions as they have extra hints and tips). I use the almond long insta nails and it takes around 1.5 hours to 2 hours from start to finish including removal which takes the longest amount of time. I have already repurchased additional products, I feel like I have become much better in my application already and it’s so easy to produce salon quality nails. The team at Emiko is also very quick to respond online if you have any questions!
