parcel unattended on my front porch, where it was subsequently stolen. Given that no one was available to receive the package, it should have been taken to a nearby post office or collection point instead of being left exposed.

What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the Pump Haircare team. Despite explaining the situation, I received little assistance from Amanda and no meaningful effort was made to help resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory outcome.

As a customer, I expect both reliable delivery practices and responsive customer service when things go wrong. Unfortunately, Pump Haircare failed on both counts. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

I absolutely love the georgiemane products. Especially the Curl Cream, Hair Growth Spray and Hair Growth Serum. I have curly grey hair and it loves these products. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Purchased a tube of handcream while on a tour in Turkey and I'm really impressed. No greasy residue, absorbs quickly and makes my old hands feel so soft. Only problem is I'm running out, now searching to buy here in South Australia. Highly recommend

after 2 days your skin will look fantastic. Not true and of course once they’re opened and used twice, the warranty is invalid. Customer service on the website does not reply after weeks and weeks and it’s only when the manufacturer says to get in touch with customer service, so around it goes again. Please don’t waste your time. We also advised Westfields to not let this stalls or stores anymore.

I have, I am very pleased with this cream in particular which smells lovely (it reminds me of the scent from a marshmallow complexion soap bar by a famous vitamin company that I used to use many years ago as a teenager - it is no longer available). Because the smell and texture is so nice, for once I am likely to stick to using it every day. Along with the matching cleanser and toner, my skin feels more 'together' and it bounces back. simple to use and the tutorial videos are very consice and straight forward (I recommend these over the paper instructions as they have extra hints and tips). I use the almond long insta nails and it takes around 1.5 hours to 2 hours from start to finish including removal which takes the longest amount of time. I have already repurchased additional products, I feel like I have become much better in my application already and it’s so easy to produce salon quality nails.
