into your "Space Viewing", telling you to “Purchase Cloud” at a monthly fee of X amount of $???? And jam your system with rubbish, where a person has to work around their religious rubbish like Halloween etc... It’s a system that cannot be unsubscribed from. I agree with some of the previous reviews, the company must be intercepting, using the cameras as a spy tool, if they know a person, like me, isn't using Cloud. Any security device I purchase now days, has to be standalone with no hidden fees or agender.
Do not buy from these they’re the worst products and the crap Service they will get from them they don’t reply back their product dies After three months and their warranty does not. The camera lenses only last 12-18 months before the coating on the lens starts to deteriorate and the vision becomes unusable after 18 months. I have bought 8 of these and initially installed 5 of them . All 5 have the same fault. Also 2 of the 5 also had a power failure. 2 more were installed 6 months ago to replace 2 faulty ones. I doubt they will last. I am about to remove them all and put them in the bin. I would not buy this brand again.
Avoid this company. Stopped charging via the solar panel. Crashes and has to be restarted. Poor picture quality, despite the claim of them being 8MP. Motion detection is poor, even when sensitivity is turned up. Only options for storage are SD cards which are a waste of time and the cloud which is ridiculously expensive. Garbage product. Have been wrestling with this thing for months to get it to work properly. It lags like old dial up internet, when it even works! The app is borderline useless. We even did away with the cheap solar panel it came with and ran a cable through a vent so it would have 100 power at all times, and still runs like a one legged dog.… Read more
Purchased the cloud storage package for a year as well when we first bought it like an excited school girl with a limitless credit card, what a horrid waste of money. Never again will I purchase anything from this pathetic company. Going on the road where it belongs, JUNK.

Anran Cameras are the worst – There are several issues with this camera. The app is extremely lagging and poorly designed, often freezing or crashing. Pushing users into joining a subscriptions by covering the screen is intrusive and annoying. It barely picks up wi-fi even when extremely close to router. The pan and tilt is severely lagging and has bad control. Every thing about this camera is extremely slow in response and often freezes. I highly do not recommend buying any of this companies products.
Camera – Really good works well amazing quality and amazing help from support
2 cameras N01 model: they don't connect with WIFI (2.4 GHz of course) – I ordered 2 cameras from ANRAN on aliexpress, model N01, 2 months apart. I realised it is unlikely a hardware issue but actually an APP issue. I wasted a lot of time trying the various options for connecting as they were offered by support. Of course, nothing helped. I contacted the support by email. Got stupid recommendations. I told them they have most likely a software issue in the APP. They never answered ......
Over heating problems! Be aware! – After perching a eufy 2k solar camera from JBHI, Everything was going well until the summer hit. Messages on my phone saying solar camera Eufy over heating. Called Eufy, they weren’t interested has the 1 year expired by 1 month. So disappointed with this product. I now have a reolink solar camera and is by far a more superior product. Don't purchase this product – I regret not reading the review prior to purchasing this security system. The camera pictures were fine in good sunlight,and useless after sunset. The recording system does not function correctly, rendering the whole system useless and a complete waist of money. The company have ignored my plea for help. Chinese rubbish – I bought 2 solar battery cameras, I got 2 partial refunds because they did not supply SDcards and because one camera had problems connecting to our WIFI. joke and once you don’t agree to their pathetic offers, they just ignore you. So much for the 2 year warranty. As said above, have fun getting that from China.
You get what you pay for, Chinese rubbish with no warranty or support.
UPDATE: Support (via eBay messages) have decided to replace the camera if I pay postage, I have agreed.

Terrible customer service. Don't buy! – The solar panel did not work. I got in touch with the company but they refused to send a new panel and just stopped communicating with me. Sorry, but they cannot be trusted.
Garbage that works sometimes, but mostly doesn't – I can't connect to this piece of junk most of the time, and then every now and then I can. I've tried resetting etc and I know i've got it set up properly because sometimes it works exactly as it should. The monitoring software only runs on android or ios, not windows, so you can only use your phone to manage it. It's flaky and unreliable, and I regret wasting my money on it. Show details

Dont be deceived by this junk – The camera is poorly made plastic and has twine antenna. On opening you will find one antenna has no electronics or wire at all, its just a dummy. The image quality was good at 3mp but the transmission of signal is poor. the motion sensor is also poor and it tips with wind, rain and insects. Customer service does not respond to any service requests - Avoid
