Appetito Apple Peeler

Waste of money. Wasted time trying to make it work – Had an apple peeler for years until it wore out. Bought this because it looked the same but it does not work. I tried every possible adjustment to the various parts. It either gouges chunks out of the apple or fails to peel it properly, leaving a narrow strip of peel that has to be removed manually. I followed the 'instructions' to the letter. Got nowhere. It's going in the bin.
