Once was enough – Not suitable for old people. At 86 years old I hadn't enough strength to use it. Not easy to clean. Results not worth the bother of setting it up to use.

Great machine! – Very easy to set up and follow the easy instructions to get slicing right away. Much safer than a mandolin which i find useful but scary! Very versatile. Like the large mouth to be able to fit bigger potatoes and fruit into Show reply

Great second pair of hands – Good product, works as expected but would be helpful if it could some how clip on a bigger size bowl. We do catering so do larger quantities. We are discovering that it has cut our prep time in half. We use it for Capsicum, Onions, Celery, Cauliflower and carrots. Worth every cent Show reply

A good slicer but don't drop the feeder tube!!! – It worked well the first use, better than many others we had tried at the Rotary kiosk! However when cleaned up the feeder tube fell on the floor and an edge broke off. It doesn't work nearly as well now!!! Show reply

Sales service – Waited approximately 5days and no delivery after 3 phone call and 9 days later adviser item out of stock The operator changed colour and we received our order not quite the service but the operator on the last call was very pleasant and sorted the order out promptly

Not at all happy – Having tried several times to use this I managed to get some slices from things like zucchinis and cucumbers but doesn't work like the television ad

Great to begin with but not the greatest customer service – Husband purchased this from King of Knives for me for Mother’s Day 2023. Have used it almost daily since then. Knives” product. The company needs to take ownership of the product and its faults, not palm it off. Do I have the receipt? No.. it was a gift. Did my husband keep the receipt? No… very few men that I know do. Extremely disappointed.

Quick and Easy – It's a bit bigger than I thought but packs away neatly. Works well. Bit harder to push with the hard veg like carrots and potatoes but does a good job. Easy to clean. Show reply

It works but it's no miracle – Like all these types of tools it works up to a point. Overall it's a helpful tool but with all the adjustments it gets a bit complicated to set up. The TV demonstration looks great. If I had 200 hours training I could probaly make it look easy too but for a home cook dragging it out of the cupboard once a fortnight.... So far I’ve sliced only tomatoes (thin) and potatoes (thick) – And I was very happy with both. I don’t understand why some people think it’s hard to clean. I put the three pieces that come with it in the dishwasher and rinse the slicer itself under a hot tap. on the bench to dry. My only concern is what happens when the knife gets blunt? Can it be sharpened? If not, can I get replacement blades?

Good concept, poor quality – Had two slicers arrive. Within a week of using the first one the springs that keep the blade up broke. Customer service were great and dispatched a replacement. About another week later the 2nd one also broke. We are only slicing tomatoes and cucumber so not a big ask. I have since pulled the broken one apart and replaced the springs with some slightly heavier guage. It's now working like a dream.

This is the best! – This slicer works exactly as described, it's quick, easy and very safe. I've tried lots of different choppers, slicers and mandolins, and this is by far the best. So easy to clean too. Perfect slices and chips from now on! Show reply

Slicing easily – I like the way it slices etc but a bit of plastic on the bit that pushes the vegetables down onto now blade broke off. The device is hard to clean but makes slicing very easily done

soooo easy to use – I have had several kitchen utensils for slicing, dicing and chopping but they were too fiddly and messy so I stopped using them. This one is unbelievable, seriously. Pretty disappointing, cheap quality – Would not recommend, the quality of materials feels very flimsy and of cheap quality. The box that catches the chopped vegetables is hard to place in the space and doesn't catch everything if you chop too fast, the handle grip isn't very strong either... overall dissatisfied

Ok still trying to use it instructions are real clear but lices nicely – The base that the cut product goes in is to small and doesn't sit on the base properly

Great price with 2 for 1 – I've used this slicer twice now, it does work well but tends to be a little noisy as you really have to press down hard especially when Julienne carrots, does a top job of slicing which is much easier than julienne, I'm very happy with it as you can adjust whatever thickness you need. Show details ·  1
