Bought these as I thought apple would supply a decent product that just works. Unfortunately apple doesn't do that any more. These buds get rave reviews on every site. I’m beginning to suspect the reviewers are all apple fanboys and girls. These buds are fussy to use. They require constant adjustment on your phone settings to make them work as… Read more

designed. It’s only possible to connect to one device at a time. To connect, they need to be put in the open case to pair them with anything. In fact it seems like you have to return them to the case to do anything. Really disappointing. When you want to change the device you’re using you need to put them in the case, again, then you get offered the whole training package including hearing tests, again. My daughters have JBL WAVE BEAM 2 buds. Connect them on bluetooth to your computer AND your phone and they just swap to the phone when your phone rings. AirPods struggle to decide what they’re connecting to. I need to turn the Bluetooth off on all my apple devices, so I can use them with non apple products. It seems apple can’t believe you would use non apple products. The AirPod pro 3 are 4 x the price of earbuds that just work, like apple products used to.

I've been using the AirPods Pro 3 since their release. Compared to the AirPods Pro 2 I had the biggest the difference is the noise cancelling. It was already good but it clearly leveled up and is very impressive. For me the new design fits and holds way better in my ears so that's a big win too. The transparency mode is still super impressive… Read more

and way better than my Sony WH-1000XM6. The sound is probably where the less progress was made but they sound good to me.

Finally the remplacement of the lightening cable by USB-C and the arrival of wireless charging are nice features that I didn't have and appreciate.

Worst fit I have ever experience in a bud format headphone. Can never get it to stay put even with aftermarket tips. The sound is also hollow and actually pretty terrible. I would not waste your money. I regret ever buying them. Show details

Don’t waste your money. For the price Apple is charging (I paid $429 in Oct 25) these are garbage. Firstly they feel like cheaper quality than the Pro 2’s I’m not sure how to describe it but they almost feel like fakes. Secondly from moment I got them if they got any liquid on them they would screech at maximum pitch and volume into my ears.… Read more

Super fun. They also do this weird thing that my previous pro 2’s also do where randomly you’ll take a phone call and the best way I can describe it is the Audio like bubbles and distorts. You can’t hear anything the person is saying. You then have to hang up the call and either call them back normally or take your airpods out, put them back in the case then put them back in your ears and they’ll work. They won’t work until you’ve done this. The other fun thing they’re doing now when I put them in is one won’t connect. So I then have to take them out, put back in the case, and disconnect/reconnect to bluetooth for the second one to work. In short it’s pretty embarrassing that Apple’s products have worse compatibility with their own devices than any other wireless headphones I’ve tried. You are way better off buying JBL’s for 1/3 of the price. The only positive thing I will say and reason I’m not giving 1 star review is the noise cancelling is probably the best I’ve seen to date and they are a lot more comfortable to wear over long periods. (I work in a noisy environment and wear most of the day) Battery life is not that great vs much cheaper competitors. That’s about it, Apple seems to be resting on laurels charging absurd money for products that aren’t that great. Would not recommend buying at this price.

I purchased the AirPods Pro 3 just three weeks ago and, unfortunately, have already encountered several serious issues: Overheating when plugged in to charge raises serious safety concerns. Battery percentage is flickering on my iPhone, making it difficult to monitor charge levels accurately. Unable to pair with new devices, which is… Read more

unacceptable for a premium product in this price range.

I expected a much higher level of reliability and quality from Apple. These are not minor glitches — they completely affect usability and safety.

I returned the product to Officeworks, but was told there’s no replacement option, only a warranty repair. I'm now stuck waiting for updates, even though the product is nearly brand new.

I'm sharing this to alert others who may be considering this model, and to urge both Apple and retailers like Officeworks to improve their product support and customer service when issues arise this early.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY: Very disappointed with Apple AirPods Pro 3. Uncomfortable, limited configuration of ANC and the hearing test failed several times. The hype surrounding the release of these allegedly newly designed and vastly improved… Read more

devices is just a marketing ploy.

I am an older person with Autism and ADHD. I have extreme hypersensitivity to sudden high frequency noises (dog bark, child squealing, sudden laughter, loud voices, competing noises) that have caused me a lifetime of grief. I have tried Apple AirPods Pro in version 1 and gave them to my wife after a short time due to their uncomfortable fit, lack of retention and basic functionality with ANC.

The promise of superior performance with the AirPods Pro 3, redesigned shape and foam infused eartips, hearing assistance convinced me to get a pair when they were released on Sept 19. I am so disappointed I felt the need to let people know.

I have used many other brands and types in the pursuit of a solution that could match my Nuheara iQbuds 2 Max (now discontinued, hence the purchase of these new AirPods Pro 3) in adjustable ANC and Speech In Noise Control (SINC) and I can honestly say there are devices out there at half the price that I would rate much higher than these AirPods Pro 3.

Follow-up  · 1. What was the Hearing Test like? - No idea because it never worked, constantly came up with and error that there was too much outside noise… The fact that I was in a closed room and noise external sounds whatsoever. 2. What other brands worked? - Sennheiser Conversation Clear Pro (perfect for cafe’s and noisy restaurants when you need to hear… Read more
