Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch 2011 Early

Stand the test of time – I love this computer! It is easy to use and super fast. I have owned mac products for years, and I am always excited when I can get a new one. It used to be you buy it and have to upgrade because it is old right after you bought it. With this, the specs are so good, I know it will not need upgrading. It processes fast, has plenty of storage space, comes with all the apps I need to be productive and have fun, and it is intuitve to use. To buy any other product is a mistake.

Reliable laptop – I have had this laptop for over a year and it is the best computer I have used. It has never missed a beat and always performs quickly even under high pressure. I like the metal housing but it does scratch, the login screen can lag quite often. The charger broke after a year though, expensive to replace. Design, reliability, performance. Login screen lags, charger is fragile, very expensive

Nice looking laptop and convenient to carry around – I have the 13" model in this series and I bought it to develop applications with. I like the looks of the product, the aluminium body is very sleek although a little too cool to the touch in the colder months. I find this highly suitable for what I use it for predominantly, a mobile workstation, however, if you want to use it to view movies, play games etc, then it is a little overpriced and underperforming when compared to some of its PC rivals. I like the ability to dual boot into windows (with a separate purchase of Windows OS).

The battery life is much better than my previous laptop which is always a bonus with a portable computer. Dual boot with windows, sleek Mac OS and aliminium body, compact, light, long battery life. Cold on the palms in winter, slower than new model, graphics a little limited.
