All Rounder – My steam mop fizzled out whilst moving house.Panicking I borrowed this one.The differences were-- stronger mopping, bigger water container, tighter fitting into corners..All round much better than previous one so I bought it..and finished the tiled floor quicker than usual.Especially recommends for house rental vacates, these steam mops pay for themselves ten times over.  Show details

Disappointing – Very disappointed in the Aqua Lazer 4WD sweeper. First time I used it I thought it was great, but by the second time the flimsy brittle plastic had broken in two places. Also it was a difficult, dirty, time-consuming job pulling all the fluff and hairs etc. out of the brushes, even with the fiddly little brush cleaning tool. I didn't use the… Read more

sweeper much, and just after the guarantee ran out, the handle snapped off completely just above the "elbow" joint. I tried all kinds of glue but nothing would mend it. I had to throw the whole thing out.

useless – when they first came on the market mine was great loved it when the handle broke bought a new one and its useless just like the one my daughter bought. I cant understand why they are so different from the first ones on the market they don't even work properly sat all. I would love another like the firs tone I bought

Not a bad steam cleaner – Ive had my mop for over a year, leaves floors wet and I have to use a sabco mop to dry floor. Water container leakes if left with water in it. Dosnt take black scuff marks off the floor, and it easily falls over if not proped against something , saying all this it does really clean the floors, and freshens up the carpets. Mop pads constantly fall off tho. Very annoying.

Agua Lazer Smart Steam Mop – I recently bought the Aqua Lazer Steam Mop and I couldn't believe the amount of dirt it removed from my tiles, even though I mopped my floors regularly. It did such a good job, I decided to steam my carpet using the glider attachment, and again I thought it did a very good job, without leaving the carpet wet. Easy to use and does a good… Read more ·  1

cleaning job. It is a bit 'plasticy' and tends to not stand upright when you want it to. As I bought it on sale, I really shouldn't complain.

Damaged the floor... now won't work – Saw the ad on TV - washing wooden floors. After several uses I noticed how dull my floor had become. The heat had damaged the protective coating on the floor. Now 14 months later, after using it on the tiles and lino only, it has stopped working. Thumbs down Aqua Lazer! At first, simply, easy to use. Damages polyurethaned coating on floors. Stopped working aft 14 months.

Best mop yet – The worst thing about coming to Perth from Christchurch NZ was leaving my Aqua steam mop behind. I was astounded to read the comments here as mine carried on doing what it should have. Have tried a few different ones here including The Shark but disappointed in them all. Where can I buy one in Oz.? Does what it claims  Show 2 replies

leaking mop – I just brought my mop 3 days ago, I have used it to clean my house but when I would leave the mop for 10mins or so all the water would leak out the container to the bottom and spread all over the floor. I am also finding its not hot enough to remove marks.im sadly disappointed.

Terrible product – The only good thing about this is product was I got a two for one deal Both stopped working after about a dozen uses each. Not worth the money. Although I was happy with the result on tiles. I also cleaned a mat which cleaned up well. Avoid this product.

The worst producr ever – My hard (slate) floor is soaking wet after use. I then have to mop it by hand to dry it.The appliance is not hot enough to produce the steam required to kill germs. The water filter is faulty and comes out every time you release the resevoir to refill it. the instructions about filling the water level instructions are wrong . The appliance is… Read more

Aqua lazer steam mop is not good – I purchased the mop under great reviews, found it hopeless and terrible to use, didn't \clean the hard floors as mop was still clean after using it, returned it to place of purchase for full refund, Didn't even attempt the carpet after that, only came with one reusable pad, what a sham the tv ads are. Just didn't clean, cord got in the way all the time, silly detachable water filler

good value, bought at $99 – It cleans the ceramic tiles beautifully, carpets freshen up well too. I recommend it. I have only had it for a few days, so not sure how long it will last! But easy to assemble and not too big for easy storage. We have a big expanse of tiles, much easier than mopping and better result. easy to use, terrific on ceramic tiles and bathroom floors could clean carpet better, ie heavier marks didnt really change much, light dirt came up. Show reply

Very handy product – Sweeper is light and easy to use. It does all that it says it will. I wouldn't replace my vacuum with this product but it is definitely very handy to use on a daily basis for picking up cat hair, dust and small items. The little cleaning tool (looks like a quick unpick) very handy for loosening hair etc stuck around rollers (clever idea). Lightweight, easy to use and great for getting under couches, beds and other low furniture.

It broke and stopped working about 4 months – Cleaned as well as a steam mop can (only uses water and no type of disinfectant) for a few months. Then after approximately 4 months it just stopped working. You would pour the water in and it would no longer steam properly. I would not purchase this product again based on that fact alone. Heats up quickly and is quite easy to use. Broke after 4 months.

Love it. I will never use a old fashioned mop again – I love this product as a mum of three kids my floors need cleaning every couple of days. This mop is easy to use, set up and to store. One wipe over and all marks are gone. Love it would highly recommend. Now fingers crossed my husband starts to use it. Easy, simple and it works

Very happy with functionality of product – I am very happy with this it product overall except for it microfibre pads. The mop itself is brilliant. Nice big water capacity so you dont need to keep refilling and triangle shape helps get into corners. The microfibre pads are a pain. They keep coming loose and coming off. Have burnt myself a number of times trying to get them back on. triangle head, big water capacity, cleans well. Mop pads constantly fall off

Disappointed, I think there are better products out there now – Saw this on TV and at a few show places, it looked really good but it doesn't seem to work any better than a sponge mop. There are other products out there now that you can use hand held to clean wall tiles in the shower and bathroom, and shower windows etc, whereas the Aqua Lazer can only be used on the floor. Its not messy, easy to assemble and… Read more

easy to use. Can only be used on the floor. Doesnt get all the stains off the floor like on TV. Does nothing to carpet at all.

Couldn't believe it! – I seen this on TV and flicked channel as soon as I seen it. Friend of mine bought it and my cheap mop broke so I borrowed it off her. WOW! That weekend I bought one. My husband wasn't convinced "just a TV gimmick" he said! He watched me mop downstairs and he was surprised. Cleaned the floor of Sellotape marks, weet bix, everyday marks and… Read more

food. A year warranty is great. Cord length is good. Easy to put together and use. Comes with extras. Price is good too $99 on sale! everything.

I like it! – My first steam mop and I love using it. Feels a bit on the flimsy side - only one screw holding the handle on and another screw holding the mop head on, but so far so good. Seems to clean the floors well. Have used it on tiles and vinyl no problem. Easy to use. Triangular mop head gets into corners. Steams up quickly (30 secs). Long cord. Nothing so far, other than I wonder how long it will actually last. Doesn't feel that robust.

value for money – i purchased an aqua laser steam mop 2 months ago for $98 from big w. it does a great job on tiled floors and leaves them cleaner than an ordinary mop and bucket. it's a little heavy, and it does leave the floors wet for around 5 minutes, but it is a mop after all!! i'm happy with the product and it does remove stubborn stains. very easy to use and… Read more

the mop heads can be thrown in the washing machine. they come up like new. would recommend for those on a budget. inexpensive, does the job. slightly heavy.
