The water in main pool is too cold! Only warm a couple of days in a week ! The men’s shower cubicles have no cold water running! Complain a couple of times last week but not fix !

manager said from now onwards he’s been degraded to a lower level, we really got shocked to hear this as we dint have a clue.She couldn’t tell in what basis she’s degrading him, then she said she’s going to assess the child’s skill ( but she decided to degrade without assessment beforehand itself, good idea), all these happening in front of the boy and he was about to burst into tears! When she told this the instructor said he’s been in the class for a while so he might get promoted, manager said in front of my child that “ I don’t care”.. she’s the manager itself and wondering whom should we complain?

Do they even care about their customers at all? – You are not allowed to manually pay your bill. They will refuse to double check that details are correct even if your bank has checked their system and everything is good. fortnight for what could be their mistake.

Their facilities are great and swim instructors awesome just a pity about the office area which will end up forcing us to leave.
