Extremely negligent! – My granddaughter was drowning during her class yesterday. Her teacher didn't even notice despite my daughter screaming out to her. My daughter had to jump in and pull her out coughing vomiting and screaming. I think legal action will now be taken. And yes my daughter explained before the class my granddaughter's very limited swimming abilities. I'm disgusting and distraught!

Cancellation and Refund is very difficult – I signed up with Aquatots with direct debit payment, but that is a mistake. At some point I want to cancel my daughter' classes. It was agreed on refund via email but then nothing after a month. I followed up and it seemed that the Aquatots would have lots excuse and I was still unable to receive my refund after 6 months. What a waste of time and money.

Bad customer service – They are very money oriented. My little one -who was enrolled at their premises at Forde- was going for holiday & i sent an email earlier but for some mistake I didn’t receive their reply. So i kept waiting while they are taking the money for the whole term wzout putting that money as credit for her. I spoke with their manager, she is very uncooperative money oriented & poor in customer service. They don’t offer btw any advanced training more than any other centre & i am planning to cancel my little one enrollment with them.
