The flooding happened because the drain hose was not set up right. It didn’t have a high loop to keep sink water from going back into the washing machine, so water was getting in.

I'm going to buy a longer hose to make the right kind of high loop. I think this will stop the flooding inside the machine from happening again.

No spare parts – I purchased a new ARC Dishwasher only to have plastic parts cracking and braking while still under warranty. When I contacted the service provider they told me they had no stock of these parts and would no longer carry stock. Show details

there is a light blinking on the dashboard. If you try to seek what this flashing light means on the troubleshooting section of the manual this situation is simply not described. Looking for more information on the internet? You'll find lots of similar reports with no solution soever.

The manufacturer has one of the worst customer services I ever had the displeasure of having contacted. No solution, no further information in regards to what could be the cause, and a constant threat of charging you if they have to send a certified plumber to verify what is the problem.

Summarizing my experience with them: no information, a manual that is generic with lots of information from different models, lack of empathy and goodwill.

I am convinced the product is not at the level of Australian standards. Perhaps the manufacturer is either not competent enough to be in the internal market.

My machine is still not working. I will hire a certified plumber to see what could be the problem and I'll decide either to lodge a small claim on the court or, in the last case, accept the loss.

Believe me, I had many different experiences with multiple manufacturers and products and this one looks like made by kids.

Clunkiest dishwasher – Pretty appalled by the noise level of this dishwasher, and it's inability to clean most objects in the wash. Broken Down After 2 Weeks – We purchased our dishwasher from Appliances Online on 27/10/19, delivered the next day. No issues til last week the machine stopped working. a week now. Pretty disappointed and would think, considering the machine is brand new, that a replacement, not a repair would not be an unreasonable request

Im thrilled – Ive had this dishwasher 2 months now and I use it 2 - 3 times a day (I cook a lot from scratch) & honestly cannot find a single fault in its performance at all. Good value – Very happy with the performance of this dishwasher given the affordable price. I use the economical mode with cheap tablets and dishes come out clean. Glasses sometimes have a little residue, this disappears when using a rinse aid. Only downfall is it’s a little louder than others. Show details ·  1

Best dishwasher – We are very happy with this dishwasher. Everything is clean and dried. Very quick and very quiet. We have been using this appliance for 6 months. We using cheap dishwasher tablets from Aldi and Intensive programm 70 C. I have about 10+ loads every week. If i need to add some items i just open the door and close it again. Easy. Great dishwasher. Love it – Great value for money dishwasher. Washes well. We do 10 loads per week. It's quiet and washes great. Only used it for 4 months. You don't have to restart it if you open the door to add an extra item. Dries well when rinse aid is used. Would buy it again.  Show details ·  1

Great budget dishwasher – Washes really well on the 60 degree normal function, is not super quiet but not real loud either, it's great for all rounder washing but you must keep the filters clean if your wanting a streak free, stain free clean, like the grey sort of a stainless look which makes it easy to clean  Show details

Dont know how to wash the utensils – Can someone explain me how to begin, how much tablets and rinsing aid to add. Some water is always present in the dishwasher whenever i open it.
