More rust and corrosion – I owned an Ariston AQ9F29U and due to rust, paint bubbling and balck mould on the rubber seals I contacted Ariston about my issue. surrounding the detergent dispenser drawer and now there is corrosion. My question is that constantly on the Product Review site the mention of a 5 year warranty but on my Warranty card it states that the warranty only applies for 2 years and that paint work , rust and corrosion is not covered by the warranty. This is why I have never contacted the service division after May 2018. Can someone please enlighten me?
WASTE OF MONEY – Waste of money. WILL NEVER PURCHASE THIS BRAND AGAIN. Expensive waste. Keeps getting stuck on last cycle,mould. DISGUSTING product. I will be advising anyone not to invest in this brand full stop! ! The only good place for it is in the tip. I wouldnt even leave it out for kerbside pick up or even try to sell it 2nd hand. Second time lucky – After the worst experience with our previous ARISTON washing machine which I have sent a review titled endless problems . ARISTON finally replaced the machine in May last year , and the new machine has been working perfectly with no call out's for 9 months , we are very happy with the new machine. Show details · 1
Good – - It cleans clothes well. - It is not a quiet as expected make a big noise in rains - It has a problem with small quantities of clouthes and light wight. - Its shape and desigen is modern. - It has errors log to detect any errors occurred. - It has children lock. Show details
LEMON extremely disappointed – Machine is only 7 months old and I have been waiting for over a month for the parts to arrive from distributors to have the machine repaired. February 7th 2019 Update: Totally frustrated
Once again my AQ94F49DAUS has broken down. The Technician didn’t have the part with him and yes it took a week for the part to arrive. I put on a load of washing, and guess what? Yes it is now flashing a code and with 1 minute to go just rotating the clothes and yes it is not working again. I call Ariston and I did tell the person I was speaking to that I was not upset with her just frustrated as last time I had the machine fixed(and it was only 7 months old) it took over 1 month to get it fixed. She told me she would call the technician and phone me back. Guess what I am still waiting. I will never have anything good to say about Ariston washing machines as I paid a lot of money for a piece of junk. I also have an extended warranty, so Ariston it will be costing you a lot more than your machine is worth. Know why it has been discontinued.
Never buy again – With in a year I've had the machine looked at 4 times and once left with out a machine for 2 weeks 1-water leak 2-mould on clothes 3- mould all inside washing machine 4- oil on clothes 5- sounds like the machine is about to take off 6- clothes never feel or look washed My machine is only 1year old I hate it....
