Such a shame – As far as a heater goes its fine and i really don't want to give it a bad review, however you really have to ask who designed this heater. When the heater is turned of the fan still operates with today's energy prices you have to ask WHY? when turn it on via the remote all the previous temperature settings are lost .
Terrible – Out of the factory sealed box it felt really cheaply made, had scratches, just bad finish. Turned it on and the aluminum decoration started rattling right away. It has on board controls and remote control. On board controls let you set everything but not the temperature. So what is the point having on board control. Only remote has all controls. Turning the heater off, it doesn't even remember the set temperature when heater is turned back on. Also the fan just never stops running. Even when temperature is reached, the heater turns off but the fan keeps running 24/7 unless you turn the unit off completely.
So far this would be the worst purchase I made this year but quality is going down hill faster than ever so I expect more to come. It's just another product going back for full refund.
